The Technician Eduardo was responding to a call from me the previous day regarding a leak on the drain line from the air handling unit. Eduardo quickly assessed the situation and determined that the drain line was plugged. He then took all the appropriate steps to unplug the drain line. Upon completion of the drain line unplugging, he then retested the line to ensure it was unplugged.
All of this work was done after 8 PM. Eduardo was professional in his attitude and clearly focused on customer satisfaction. I'm very satisfied with his work, and the company's focus on resolving my issue.

Our A/C wasn't cooling properly so we contacted the property management company to send someone to check it out. They sent someone from Anthony's. From the beginning I was impressed with their communication via text indicating the date and time of our service. The day of the service we got another text which included a picture of the technician. The appointment was scheduled for between 10 and noon. Ten minutes before 10, we got another text saying our technician would arrive at 10AM. He was right on schedule. The tech was very professional and polite. He asked about the issue and listened to everything. He spent about 45 minutes outside after checking the inside part of the unit. Now the A/C is working even better than it was before! Thanks for the excellent service and quick resolution.
