Hers and His Plumbing Heating and Air

Casey did an awesome job replacing our gas hot water heater. He was informative and pleasant while I curiously asked questions about different parts and current industry standards. It was a great installation and I even learned some things in the meantime.

Dennis H., the Regional Manager on the SW side of Florida was very knowledgeable, pleasant, helpful, diligent and hardworking. This is my second time using Hers and His Plumbing, and they always do a great job.
And the appointment maker is soooo pleasant to talk to.

This was such a great experience! We were nervous and had little patience left due to insurance giving us the runaround for almost a month. Terry made this process as easy as could be. He came one day to assess and was here the next morning to repair a pipe leak. He left ZERO mess and was careful not to unnecessarily break more tiles in our floor. I will definitely be using them again and recommending them!

Terry and his crew were awesome. They arrived on time, quickly go to work with very little interruption to my day (My husband and I both work from home). They cleaned everything up before they left and now I have unlimited hot water flowing whenever I need it. He was informative and answered all of my questions so I felt confident in the maintenance of my new tankless water heater. Thanks so much!!

Kayden the technician was prompt and courteous. Very knowledgeable and explained in detail if I had any questions. About an hour after his departure I noticed a water leak. He had to come back later to replace new hose that was installed. If not for faulty hose I would have gave 5 stars.

Suggest you go to Better Business Bureau to get unbiased and honest reviews of Hers & His Plumbing. I give them an F for value.They charged over $800 to install an expansion tank ABOVE the cost of installing the insured hot water tank.Cost of material had to be about $100 plus about a half hour labor. $700 for a half hours work??? Still waiting for requested DETAILED invoice. Tech said it had to be done to meet code. My stupidity for dealing with them. Do not make the same mistake unless you want to grossly over pay.

The staff was attentive from the time of the event to the repair, and the maintenance. Their warranty stands behind the work they do. Jason was truly helpful and explained everything that taking place as he repaired the leak and Cody was very thorough when using the leak detection device. I would and have recommended this company to everyone I know that has any plumbing issues at all. This is the company to go with!!

I had Hers and His come out through my warranty service. I was told that the technician did not have the proper equipment to fix the job nor was it accessible for a few days. They also had to "get approval" from the warranty company to do the work. The technician and the office knew that my A/C had to be shut off due to it being broken. I live in Florida where is is hot all day and all night. I expected the company to expedite the approval with my warranty company however they refused to call their rep. for the warranty program to get a rushed approval. No one that worked for Hers and His seemed to care that my A/C was broken. And I insisted that the service be complete. I did not once yell or cuss at any team of management and they are now refusing to fix my A/C Unit. This is beyond unprofessional. I will be asking for management to call me directly. All line are recorded. there was no reason to cancel my repair.

Great from start to finish. Very professional friendly installer in Kaden. Will not hesitate to use him and or his company again. Thank you for a smooth and uneventful experience.

The company was easy to deal with and quickly set an appointment. The tech, Kaeden, was professional and friendly. He explained everything as he went and was easy to understand. I would highly recommend Hers and His Plumbing.
