Kyle came to change my water heater on the same day that I called with issues. He was very professional, knowledgeable & answered all of our questions about our new gas water heater. He definitely went above and beyond to ensure that it was done right & that we were pleased with his service. 10/10 recommended

Joseph was incredibly hostile and rude. I’ve never been treated so poorly in my own home, just for trying to understand the diagnosis. My house has cameras everywhere and the whole interaction was recorded. You can see and hear me asking why he was being that way to me. Clearly scared and uncomfortable. Before you use this company, especially if utilizing a home warranty service, please be wary of their technicians and how they’ll blatantly LIE on reports so that it’s not covered. My report to American Home Shield included a blocked washing machine, which was never even determined. This man flooded my bathroom, yelled at me, then left. I was so upset he brought me to tears. He was condescending about him being the plumber, not me, only for trying to understand what he was saying he could and couldn’t do. I’m so upset. I can’t even imagine someone being so mean to a customer. Completely uncalled for and inappropriate. I would never treat anyone this way and cannot imagine someone thinking that bullying a woman, alone in her home, is safe or compassionate.

We used Hers and His Plumbing because our hot water heater died and we have Duke Energy Water Heater coverage. We are very pleased with the professionalism and service received from start to finish during the process to replace our hot water heater. We were extremely impressed and pleased with the service provided by Dennis, the technician. Thank you to everyone involved in the process!

Absolutely terrible company!. Do not use them . Stay far away. All this company can do is make appointments and break appointments. They won't actually call you after you waited for 4 hours. You call them and they and ask how much longer?? They will give you an excuse and tell you they must reschedule. This happened FIVE times and they wanted to reschedule the fifth broken appointment with a 6th appointment a week later. Was pathetic.
The one time they did come out they diagnosed the problem WRONG and left.
Didn't do anything but cause a bigger problem. Water was leaking after the guy left.
They should not be in business. I don't know why they still are.
We hired a different plumber and they fixed the issue in an hour.

very unprofessional, one guy was suppose to fix a water heater in my home and kept wielding pipes together until they broke. Pretty much kept complaining instead of solving the problem. Very unprofessional people would not even recommend

Kept rescheduling my appt. Did not seem interested in the job. Told my home warranty to never use them for me again.
