Tech was professional he answered all of my questions and gave me good advice.

Took so LONG to get someone to answer the phone, and after I told my problem, with was a steady drip from my toilet, she said someone could come out in 3days😐

Will had a great personality and great service. Job well done 😊

I had zero choice to use the company it is who the warranty company uses. The first guy came out, diagnosed the issue and quit. Second guy called in day of appointment and then quit. Third guy came out, seemed to know what was going on...and then quit. Fourth guy never showed up. It has been two months since I first requested repairs. This company can not keep staff which tells you how how well they must treat employees. If you have any other choice do NOT use them. If you have to use them, good luck. Hours spent on hold to make an appointment, just to have the person quit or not show up and each time you have to start over, have the problem diagnosed again and the person if they do show up won't have the parts and it starts all over.

Steve was amazing. Very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He not only found the problem but gave me a solution to repair the issue. Would definitely use Hers & His Plumbing for any future problem in my home. Would highly recommend this company!

Remaldo came to our residents to fix a busted pipe and out of the 4 visits he came and even with his manager he failed to fix it. He busted holes on the wall, destroyed our floor with a whole 2 feet deep exposing the dangers to my kids and pets, and did nothing to fix the main issue, the busted pipe. To but the icing on the cake, every visit he came to our residence he mentioned how tired he was and how much work it will take him to do. I have to say the lack of professionalism, timing, dedication to his employer, and knowledge from his experience was a nightmare. My advise turn away the job if you are scheduled for your appointment with this individual. Worse company of all.
