After checking 4 local business for a new replacement HVAC Josh from Custon cooling showed up very close to the appointment time looked over and we discussed a new Bryant system and gave me a quote within a hour! That quote was less than 1/2 of the highest quote I had gotten. We hired them to install a new system on a Thursday with install on the following Wednesday and they were on time!!!!!! That’s a rairity in SW Florida . The install was done in no time and the system works great. I highly recommend them.

Since we bought our house in Florida we have used custom Heating and Cooling. They have great technicians and I called them in the morning and 20 minutes later they were there. Told us what needed to be repaired and what could wait. Gave us an estimate on how many more years we had on our air conditioner I would highly recommend them. Thanks.

We needed a new AC at our Florida place. Set up the time for installation over the phone while in Indiana. We were in Florida for the installation.Custom Cooling & Heating were there when they said they would be. I highly recommend them.

We had a mini split put in by Custom cooling and the unit had trouble from day one. They came back 3 times, one of the times they found they had left a torpedo level inside the unit, another time it was leaking inside and onto our floor so they took the whole unit out of the wall and cut the main header above the window where the unit was located and from the use of the sawzaw they used they hooked the metal frame of the window and damaged it. That also caused them to move the line set cover (piping that’s attached to the house) and left six holes in our vinyl siding. After all this my husband called the owner and was being polite to him, despite all these repeated ‘fixes’ they were attempting to make, and the owner told him ‘I’m sorry you’re having a bad day but it’s not our fault’. We were still having problems and called another company that was extremely professional and found the problem. It turns out that when Custom cooling did all that cutting, they left a hole to the outside where the drain and copper line go and never filled the hole in so the hot air was coming right in and into the sensor on the unit that controls temperature which made the unit run cold all the time and didn’t shut off until evening when it cooled off outside. HIGHLY DON’T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!

I have used this company before and was happy with the service and the reasonable price. I don't know if it is because price gouging due to the hurricane but I had to have a part replaced. They charged 550 for the part and 109 for the labor. It took the guy 15 minutes to replace. I found the exact same part on Amazon for 293.99. I imagine a cooling and repair business would get the part for even less then that. Very disappointed in this company.

Gilbert & Ryan were very professional, answered all our questions, they knew what they were doing and went above and beyond to make sure our AC/Heating System is working properly. They also installed a Compressor Defender. We will always use and refer Custom Cooling and Heating.

Ryan was very thorough with his explanation and recommendations and did en excellent job cleaning the coil in our unit.Barbara and I were very impressed !

Daniel the service tech was really helpful and knowledgeable of dealing with our AC. Great Company to work with. Reasonable rates also.

Our AC went out at 9 o’clock and Custom Cooling came out promptly and repaired it. The technician was prompt, courteous and efficient.
