NOTHING but exceptional service... In Aug 2011 our AC went out, in the middle of a huge family loss & George w Custom Cooling came recommended by a friend who is also in the ac business (does repairs not installs) (Pete F)...He showed compassion during our vulnerable time...we needed a new ac & George QUICKLY came in with the BEST recommendations, CLEAR explanations, & HONEST pricing....anytime we have had to call or have maintenance service we have ALWAYS been treated with respect & honesty by both the office & techs....Fast forward to today...our ac stopped working & it is 95 outside...we called Custom Cooling this morning and with-in a few hours they were here fixing our capacitor & with-in an hour we were back up & running....The part was under warranty so we just paid for the service call & it was a fair price with a great tech who was not CLOCK MILKING....We are VERY HAPPY using Custom Cooling......Dana

they came out and got the unit plum and level, which is what i was concerned about.

Two weeks ago I scheduled routine service for my air conditioner installed by this company. I was told the tech would be there between 8-10. At 10 I called as no one had showed and after a lengthy process, I was told the service call was to occur between 9-11 ( no one had called to advise me of the change in time). Finally at 2pm I called and cancelled as no one had come or had called to say they would be late and the office person could not find my appointment. This is lousy service and I would recommend that you look elsewhere
