I work for a major Heating and Tankess manufacturer as first in tech support and now the company trainer, I am a Lic HVAC tech with 20 years in the field. We all know its hard to trust company's these days. I am down here for a few days of fun with 3 other field techs. Showing up and no a/c is not fun to deal with specially when your days are 104* and with no tools to see what is happening. Now knowing a quick way to tell we knew the unit was low and the low pressure switch was activated. Nick the tech came out and not telling him our background. Nick did the diagnostics and was spot on when it comes to the issue. He was very informative and did not play the BS game because the average person not knowing. I have used Custom Cooling previously and when the A/C unit was making unusual noises I called them. They were at my home within 20 minutes. Joey Bella, the technician, explained the problem with the compressor and he went through all options for us. We agreed to replace with a York system with a 10 year warranty at a great price! The installation crew came on time for the installation. Steve, Kevin and Escabar did a fantastic job. They were professional, courteous and efficient. They certainly knew what they were doing and cleaned up perfectly. I would highly recommend this company.
