Jerry came to do our annual service. From the office staff to the service men this company is five star. Everyone is polite and very helpful. I would recommend them highly. They are reasonable in their pricing, not trying to gouge their customers during this very hot time of the year. This is an update from last year. We just had our annual service and Gilbert was super. He was very efficient and friendly. Again this year, 2022 I will commend Custom Coming & Heating for their friendly staff and great service.

Superior. Replaced entire system, including removal and replacement of the duct system. Took just over one day when all the other bids said it
would take 4 to 5 days. Also saved over $5000 from proposals of the bigger firms. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Custom Cooling has installed and maintained our A/C and split systems. They gave us a competitive price for both units. They service both systems every year for us. We are extremely happy with the service they provide and happily tell friends to use them.

We called Custom Cooling and they came out and told us we needed 2 coils replaced. The parts needed to be ordered but we only had to wait about 5 days and they were here to repair our AC. We are very happy with the service they provided and will continue to use them when the need arises. We also have them come out annually to do maintenance on our AC. Very professional and reliable company.

Since my last review, my HVAC took it's last breath, for the last 2 1/2 years Custom Cooling did a great job getting all the full life out of it. Wednesday night in went down again, I called them at 7:30am and they were here at 9:30am installing our new complete York system. I couldn't believe how easy they made the whole process. I gave them a 5 star review because that was the tightest available, I believe they are at least a 10 star. From Samantha to the installers everything went as smooth at it possibly could have. I highly recommend this company. The pricing was more than fair and actually came in below the quoted price, they didn't require something that was quoted, how honest is that, I wouldn't have known the difference. That's what I call a business that you can put your trust into. (Very few of them left). Their field supervisor, Joe, came by to see if all was going smoothly with the install. Everyone was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Couldn't ask for a better experienceo in spite of a A/C breakdown in the Florida heat. If you read my other review, the service personnel that came out were equally friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and arrived quickly to resolve my problem. This companies staff take pride in making sure your a satisfied customer and will be there for you.

Fast response, tech was very knowledgeable and troubleshooted the problem quickly, had my A/C blowing cold air in no time. Gilbert was very professional and polite, I would recommend them for service or repairs.

I am very happy with the sales and service I received with the installation of a Bryant air conditioner by Custom Cooling. I found they offered the best price on the unit and the team that installed it were individually skilled and worked efficiently together as a team. They answered all of my questions and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking either sales or service in the Fort Myers area.

I have a home in Florida but I live in Canada. My A/C stopped working in Florida while I was in Canada and I called Custom Cooling and Heating Inc and they installed a new A/C unit. Their price was great and they came out right away and had the new unit installed in no time. Everyone in the office was very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone. The service was fantastic. Always have had very professional and friendly representatives. We feel very confident with any service they perform. Today Jon did our maintenance service. Everything was ok. Some companies would find something wrong. Jon represented Custom Cooling very well. They can be proud of him.
