My husband was in the hospital and when I came home the air was not working. I called Custom Air and they sent Gilbert out. What a wonderful young man, Very knowledgeable Ac guy. He took the time to explain the issue and fixed it. Im so happy with the service on my air conditioner problem I got from Gilbert. This guy is the best.
I will request Gilbert when ever I need something done with my ac/furnace.

Joey Bella was friendly and professional as he walked me through additional shortcomings I had been unaware of that the competitor had left undone or done poorly. I received an invaluable education in system maintenance for the very reasonable $69 visit charge. Highly recommend!

I recently moved and noticed issues with breathing right away along with my air filters having to be changed excessively. I called Custom and they sent Joey Bella to see what was going on. He was very polite and professional. He listened to my concerns and took care of my issues. He cleaned my air unit and ducts, including duct sanitation, also installing a Second Wind Air Purifier 😊I am breathing so much better. Thank you 😊

I had an appointment time frame for a maintenance checkup. Joey Bella arrived on time completed the checkup and answered all my questions. I have used Custom Cooling for all my air conditioning checkups for 10 years and am quite pleased with their service.

Our A.C. broke down on a hot summer night. I called Custom Cooling, expecting to leave a voicemail. Instead, I reached a real person, and in no time we heard from Gilbert, who came out promptly and enthusiastically (at night!) to fix the problem. He was courteous (he wore a mask), quick, competent, and efficient. We highly recommend Custom Cooling because of this great service.

Tech came to give a quote. Rude to our home watchers and then said we were down 4 to 5 pounds on r22. Then advised we needed all new duct work, thermostat, and ac unit for a total of almost $6,000. Our home watch person said they didn't even check the duct work. Got a 2nd estimate the next day who thoroughly checked everything. Our duct work was fine, our thermostat was fine, our unit was only down 1/2 a pound of r22 all we needed is a new unit for $4,200. Don't trust them!

The Service was great, the tech knew exactly what to fix, even though he did not have the exact part (he had a 45-5 capacitor, my system called for a 55-5 capacitor) the system works, then I got the bill, the mark up on the capacitor was 1000% they charged $110 for a part I can buy for $10

My air went out on Sunday and i needed help. I settled on this company as it had zero complaints online or at the BBB. The service tech (not a salesman) arrived in about an hour, knew just what was wrong (the capacitor) and had the air on in about twenty minutes he also checked the system over before leaving. he did not charge me for the part as the unit was still under warranty and said he would charge the company. The sunday service call charge and labor were reasonable and i would heartily recommend this company to anyone that needs some honest, professional help. I will be a regular customer from now on for servicing and maintainence.

So happy we started using Custom Cooling! Gilbert is so pleasant and efficient. They always come when scheduled. Highly recommend them to all my Bayside Estates neighborhood.
