The tech said he would be here at 11 am. Its almost 8 pm. Never showed called he fell asleep... and came out with all these excuses why he fell asleep. NEVER call this people.

Air Professionals always come through for me. They have reasonable pricing. They don't try to up sell you on anything you don't need. They give suggestions on how to keep your unit working better and longer. They always answer or call back asap. I will always use them over any other company.

I called Air Professionals yesterday afternoon after our A.C. started having problems keeping the house cool even though it was blowing cool air. John told me a couple of things that could be wrong and after further explanation of what was going on figured out that it was a quick fix we could handle ourselves with his guided expertise. It turned out to be a clogged drain line that we managed to unclog and fix without having to need someone to come out and fix it. He continued to keep in contact if we needed any further help or had any questions. He saved us having to spend over $100! Thank you so much for your help and we will continue to use your services in the future if needed, and will refer you to all of our friends and family!

John has been working on my two units for many, many years. He is professional, on the ball, knowledgeable, and responds as fast as he can; and his rates are very reasonable. He has taken the time to talk me through problems on the phone, and even made a weekend visit bringing his little daughter along when my air conditioning had a problem, as he knew my mom who was 89 at the time lived with me, and we needed it working due to her asthma. I highly recommend Air Professionals for all your A/C and heating needs. You will be very pleased with his service.

Outstanding service, our A/C went out at 5pm on July 3rd. After calling around and not getting any promise of service until 3 days later, I call AC Professionals and talked to John, he promised that he would get to us even if it took until midnight! And of course as busy as John was it did, but just as he promised he showed up to our house at about 1am and repaired our air conditioner. My wife and my I can't say enough good things about the service we received and we would highly recommend AC Professionals. Thank you John for your kindness, professionalism and a job well done!!!

John was very friendly and professional. He knew what it was as soon as he got to our home. Our heating went out and he came to fix it, he also checked Freon and our Ac drain line Pope for free.

I called around 1520 and was told 1-2 hours but didn’t get here until 1900.

Would still recommend!

Air Professionals are responsive, knowledgeable and a good price. I have used them a few times for different issues with our AC. I can count on them day or night! I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family for all of their AC needs.

In all my life in several homes in different states and through many service calls for hvac or whatever, I have never had anyone better. He came out exactly when we scheduled, jumped right to the diagnostic, and told me within a few minutes what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. Even went above and beyond pointing out and remedying future problems. I was fully expecting an $800 bill for my dead compressor but no. So very reasonable I could actually afford the repair. I called after hours to set up a service call for the next day and he was so nice about it. The owner of the company came to my house and fixed my unit. This guy is so nice, so sweet, so highly intelligent and so friendly. My butthead cats who hate everyone even tried to befriend him.
Overall, as someone who has actually worked in the home repair industry, this company is over 5 stars. Absolutely phenomenal. I will give his number to any and everyone I know. Fabulous experience.

I was told when I called that they would be here between 12-2 and they finally showed up at approx 8pm in the evening. The tech was very confused and out of it upon arrival but immediately went to my outside unit, about 30 minutes later he came inside and and could not talk to me, tell me what was wrong with my ac, what he had done, or even write the service report out. He then moved to my floor and was leaning against a cabinet, I was home alone and became scared and called 911 (he was basically sleeping by this point). When I walked outside to feel safer a female appeared from no where and claimed he was diabetic and wanted to also go in my house, I told her no. The police arrived and he came out of my house and then wanted to finish the job, I did not feel like he was capable so called the "service manager" at 10 pm to request someone else come the next day to finish up. They then wanted me to pay over $200 and I still had not been told what was done and I had a factory warranty and home warranty on the unit. The tech was instructed to get his tools and leave and he took the part back off that he had put on and then the girlfriend wanted to go put it back on and me pay for it. I told them just to leave the property. I attempted to cal the same phone number on the following morning to get some clarification as to what happened the previous night and when the "service manager" answered the phone and I asked if this was Air Professionals he stated "No, you have the wrong number." I have yet to be called or apologized to by this company and the girlfriend became rude and argumentative with me and I have yet to figure out why she was even here in the first place, she wasn't working would be my assumptions since she was in a dress. I am still amazed that 2 days later I have yet to be contacted by the company and have not been able to reach anyone there either. I also have video of the tech that I am more than willing to show the owner of the company or a court of law considering the Tech from Superior just came and told me that the wires were disconnected from the ac and exposed sitting outside!

My disabled mother had her AC fan motor go out memorial weekend. John came out and was so knowledgeable! He rigged up a quick fix so my mother could have cold air till the fan motor part came in. And in 2 days had a new fan motor in! I'm so pleased with AC professionals!
