John did an amazing job. He was polite, fast and professional. Our air conditioner is running great now and the price was fair especially since it was an after hours repair. I strongly recommend Air Professionals.

John from Air Pro's is simply the best I called him and he told me that he would get to my house even if it was at night and he came in clutch like always . This is the second time I use his company and he always delivers. Air Pros are the best! John Zino was courteous and extremely knowledgeable, when I called him, he asked me what the problem was and I explained to him the problem and he diagnosed it over the phone. He fixed my AC quick and at a great price too! I’ll be a customer for life. I would definitely recommend him for any AC needs.

Yesterday was the first time turning on air conditioning after the colder months, and the unit wouldn't turn on or cool. I called today, and John came out, looked at the unit and had it fixed in a matter of minutes. He even changed out my breaker too, because it kept tripping unnecessarily. John was great and very knowledgeable about our air conditioner. Got to the root of the problem, gave us our options then got to work. Makes no small talk. Had it up and running on a 94 degree day. On Saturday it wasn't cooling but he came back out and the relay had gone out, he replaced it and was done in 20-30 min. There were no extra charges even though I tried to pay him. Thank you John. We are again cooling down!

Quite unprofessional. Just purchased my home and called Air Professionals for a check up/tune up for their Air Proffessional stickers were stuck everywhere. Called week prior to schedule an appointment. During the phone call I felt as thou I was putting them out. Called at a bad time??? Scheduled for following Tuesday at 10AM. Telephoned morning of scheduled appointment at 9:30 to confirm we were still on. Response was"yes- we will be there between 10 and 10:30 am. 11:30 am came around - no show and no phone call. Would not call that professional. Going to find somewhere else to take my business.

Totally satisfied with the way our A/C repair turned out. Was expecting to see a huge estimate and a recommendation to spend some big money. Nope. The technician had the system up and running very quickly. All we needed was a little maintenance and Air Pro's got it done quickly and at a good price! The technician even showed me what to do as far as preventive measures to ensure the same thing doesn't happen again. They don't have to do that at all but they did. Shows you how honest this company is. Honest people like this are worth their weight in gold. You hear horror stories all the time about people having bad experiences.
