Very direct and to the point. He fixed our ac in under 30 minutes. Showed my husband everything he changed gave him some information on how to get more life out of our system. We normally kept our ac on 73° to cool the house he after he fixed it we have it at 75° and it's freezing 🥶 We had to wait 2 hours longer than he told us but kept in contact with us othe whole time. We must have called him 7 times to check and he answered everytime. He is good fast and very direct. We will be using this company in the future

I called on behalf of my daughter who's air wet out int he afternoon on a Tuesday- They were willing to come out same day and made every attempt to fit us in. However after 10 pm same day we asked to postpone till the next day am. They understood and accommodated that wish. Next day they were able to fix the issue and reasonable priced. I will definitely call on them again if need be. They recognize Military Families which is a plus!

I just want to say it was Saturday night after hours came in a rainstorm was very Professional and I appreciate John coming in a timely manner and I would highly recommend him and use him again.

They were very professional and incredibly kind and bonus 🎂 they didn't try to sell me AnYtHiNg!!! Y'all hear me!?! NOTHING not even an air filter which is FAB-U-LOUS and one of the reasons I will be calling them if I need any help with the unit in the future!!!

John has had to service our AC 3 times in the past 2 years. Each time it was an emergency and each time he showed up, no matter how busy he was. Twice he came after midnight and fixed the unit while we were asleep. He contacted us the next day and we took care of the bill. I did my research, the work he did was appropriate and the price was more than fair. I wouldn’t hesitate to give John the keys to my house if repairs were to be done and I couldn’t be home. He is a fair and honest guy.

John was great! I spent all day attempting to fix the AC myself and after I couldn’t figure it out, John came through and fixed it Ricky Tick.
Thought for sure it would break the bank because it’s a 24-hour service, but it wasn’t bad at all!
10/10 would recommend!

This is the most professional HVAC company I have ever dealt with. Very knowledgeable and fast to respond. The technician was very polite and respectful. He determined the issue and repaired it fast. Highly recommend this company. Old School style company, they will not try to sell you something you do not need or do work that is not necessary.

Air Professionals were great. I have tennants that called to inform me that the A/C simply shut off and would no longer work. After making a single phone call they had a tech out to the property in less than 60 minutes on a Friday night around 11 P.M. The issue was quickly and efficiently resolved with no additional hassle. Pricing was very reasonable and fair. I would highly recommend this company.

My AC started blowing heat instead of cold air. I called numberous people out of the phone book. People were telling me they wouldn’t be able to get to me for a few days or even the next week! I called Air Professionals and spoke to John. He told me that although he was extremely busy he would get to me that day. He said even if he doesn’t get done until 1AM with the other jobs, he would still be there. True to his word, he came that day. He’s a lifesaver. I honestly was in tears because I have 4 kids and I can’t afford much in repairs but I also can’t go without AC in Florida. John was so affordable, I couldn’t believe it. He truly just wants to help. One of the best men I’ve ever met. I don’t know what I would’ve done without him. If you want a great company who knows what they’re doing at affordable rates, pick this company. Called at 6pm, was told someone would be out by 8:30pm. Called at 8:45pm, told someone would be here soon. Called at 10pm, guy was at home pretending to still be at the same house doing an install. Will never recommend to anyone.
