Sat 5/18 early 9ish. A/c quit WORKING. Called my normal service man he was out of town. Walked me thru a somethings, and determined it was the fan motor. He told me what kind it was. So I called several places, told them what I needed. Only Air Pro said YES he had one on hand and gave a price and got it fixed!!! Mind now I was a last min call and it was LATE,,1:30 AM SUN!! BUT HE GOT ME FIXED!!!!!!!!

Great AC repair. Honest, great value, answered all our questions to our understanding. John is very knowledgeable and polite. He diagnosed a problem that should have been found by another A/C service that serviced our unit this past spring. He checked out the entire system, not a quick part replace and go...Highly recommend! We are cool again! :)

This company originally came highly recommended and I haven’t tried anyone since. The owner is always willing to make sure he gets out there the same day and does everything in his power to get the issue fixed as soon as possible. He doesn’t over price and bends over backwards to help out thank you again I appreciate ur hard work on helping get my ac running again!!

Very reliable company. Will even come out on saturdays. Whenever I have an issue, the turn around time is usually same day service or 1 day later. John is very knowledgable and will set you up with the right equipment. We have 3 units and he has never tried to upsell me on anything or try to schedule un-neccessary service.

Many AC companies say they provide timely service but really don't. Air Professionals answered my call VERY promptly, came right out to fix my AC. they were honest, efficient, and very pleasant to work with. Will definitely be my new AC company!

John Zino with Air Professionals is an absolute consummate pro! Over the years we've utilized them several times and albeit having your A/C going out is never fun, he made the process much less painful. He didn't over sell us anything that we didn't need. I have recommended them for many friends and family and you too for your HVAC needs!

Called them around 8:30 pm and they were at the house within an hour. Quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. Very professional and honest and gave recommendations on preventative maintenance to save on future repairs.

Warning do not call.Highly unprofessional, scary, racist,called them out for a estimate. When he called to tell me what was wrong he had already took my parts off. I told him it would have to wait. He called me a redneck and would not return my parts he took.Never did he return my parts. DO NOT CALL

So after a long weekend of celebrating my daughter’s 5th birthday in lego land we came home to a hot house all I say is here we go smh more money to spend. Then I called Air Professional John came out had everything running in ten minutes these guys are great my go to when I need help 👍
