John Zeno is great!! He is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I just can't say enough nice things about this company. The pricing is reasonable, they are very prompt and they don't try to sell you something you don't need. I wouldn't dream of calling anyone else.

we moved into our new home just over one year ago and needed someone to check our heating and cooling unit. I like to keep my business local so I called Air Professionals as he lives just up the road from me, The service was excellent, prompt and true to his quote on the phone. I even wound up buying a case of air filters from him as the one in the unit was incorrect.it"s nice to know we have have someone so good so close....Thanks for everything....Howard

Simply the best. Air Professionals, have been PROMPT, HONEST, and more than Fair. Came out at 10pm and got my family comfortable again by 11. Didn't even charge extra for the late call. I'm sold and will be a loyal customer. Thanks!

I was 9 months pregnant, doing a home birth and my AC broke on my due date. Thankfully a went a few days late, but Air Professionals replaced my very old AC unit and it is working amazing now! The new unit is much more efficient. It has lowered my electric bill and most importantly I have cool air in the house for my little baby boy. I would recommend Air Professionals to anyone looking for AC work.

We purchased our air conditioner from them when we move to Middleburg a few years ago. They left their stickers on the equipment to remind me who to call if I needed maintenance.

A few weeks ago I called because the slab is starting to sink. I called Friday. They told me they would be out Monday, but if I didn't hear from them I should call. Monday came and I didn't hear anything. I called in the afternoon, and they told me I should have called earlier to remind them. Now, they were too busy but would get to me the next day. They never came.

My A\C has stopped working. It will start working again if I shut it off for a while. I called them today and they told me they could be here between 4 and 6. They said if I hadn't heard from them by 4:30 to call them.

4:30 came and I had not heard from them. I called them. The guy told me he was delayed by rain on his last job in Mandarin and should be at my house by 6.

Six came and went and nothing from them. I called at 6:20. This time he told me he was stuck in traffic and would be at my house in an hour.

After 8 p.m. I gave up. I guess he showed up at 9:20 p.m. I didn't realize it because I was in the shower getting ready for bed. I got out of the shower to find this text:

"Just left your house mam sorry if it was to late tried to rush as fast as I can . This is the ac guy"

I posted my story on a local facebook group. Several members posted that they had similar stories with him failing to show up or call. He texted me the next day. He stated he had to stop and buy a bicycle for his daughter's birthday and he was not sorry about that and that is why he was late. He agreed that customers shouldn't have to keep calling, but he felt he was doing me a favor by agreeing to come the same day.

He offered to come to my house to repair the A/C unit . I told him I worked until 7:30 and probably wouldn't be home until after 8:30. He said he would come by then. I had a neighbor meet me with him at my house. I don't feel comfortable with service workers coming to my home at night but I wanted to get this resolved.

I was driving home when he texted to tell me that he didn't install the unit. We know he did because there was no a/c unit at the house when we bought it. He said he isn't authorized to sell Trane units and my unit is a Trane. What?!?! I told him we had to have bought it from him because his number is on the unit and the thermostat in the house installed with the a/c unit.

He finally remembered installing it and said he must have bought it from a friend who is authorized to sell Trane. After all that back and forth, he then told me that 'it didn't really matter' anyway. My circuit board was broken and he wanted to know if I wanted it fixed. He happened to have a Trane circuit board with him.

When I arrived home, he had finished working. He was very polite. I paid for him to raise the pad and change the circuit board and the AC has been running fine since.

He seems like a decent person, and I promised to alter my review after he fixed my AC, so I am.

His company provided poor customer service by stating they could be here on the original day between 4-6 and not calling me once to notify me it would be after 9. I don't feel like he was "doing me a favor" to promise something they couldn't deliver.

Then it was excuses: the rain. Traffic. My daughter's birthday. Those may be true, but that doesn't change the fact that he didn't call to let ME know they were running late. When I found out he was the OWNER and not an employee, I was even more shocked.

I did appreciate his apology and the offer to come out the next day to resolve the issue, but when he argued that he didn't install the unit, it made his apology fall flat. Especially after he realized he HAD installed it and stated "Well, it doesn't matter anyway." (Then why did you bring it up?)

In the future, I hope he does a better job of updating his customers. Just a quick phone call goes a long way towards showing you value their business and their time.

This company is seriously lacking in the customer service. A service tech arrived at my home, realized he was at the wrong address and proceeded to turn around in the center of my yard. I confronted him and he thought it was perfectly ok to turn around in my grass instead of backing out of driveway. I told the driver he needed to learn how to read house numbers or use GPS. He then proceeded to tell me to enjoy my miserable life. Called the company and the manager did not seem to think anything was wrong with this. I then told him a few choice things. What do you expect when this is a family owned business. Would never hire them. Rude and they have no respect for other people's property.

John was professional and knowledgeable. My unit was leaking water and he quickly fixed the issue and showed me what to do to maintain my AC unit in the future. Would definitely recommend.

Call for all your AC/heating needs! I own 2 rental homes in Orange Park and have used Air Professionals for both. Mr. Zino is trustworthy, prompt, and efficient. There's no reason for me to ever call any other company. Thank You!
