A bit on the pricy side charged 108 just to reconnect a line but overall they got my ac running in less than 5 min would have gave 5 stars if they were more understanding about the price. But would use them again in the future.

This is a Real 24 hour Emergency business with excellent customer service and AC repair skills.
Many AC businesses claim they offer 24 hour emergency services… but this company actually does.
I had placed multiple calls out to various 24 hour AC repair companies at 4am and was given the run around by the customer service reps to schedule for regular appointments. To the big name companies a broken AC in a home with a newborn did not qualify as an emergency to get someone out ASAP (Art Plumbing and AC, One Hour AC, ARS Miami, and others)
But when I called Advance Cool Air it was different, I spoke directly to the tech, Muller.
Muller was the AC tech that came out, he said he will be there in 30-40min and he was. Very skilled was able to quickly diagnose the problem replaced a capacitor and verified pressures and function.
Muller was very clean and professional, he was also very quite as my newborn’s in the room adjacent to the AC blower. He fixed everything without waking the baby.

Polite and professional team of technicians. While my AC was down and we were waiting on a part, they installed a temporary AC unit for me to use.

I was new to the area and called ACA to service and fix my air conditioner. They gave me an appointment the same day. Richard was my technician and he was fantastic! He explained and showed everything to me. The price was fair and reasonable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend ACA .

Professional, prompt and the crew did a great job. But 4 months have gone by and they are just getting to the permit process now. No answer as yet as to while the delay.

They came in ready to tackle my blocked dryer vent and that they did. They quickly unblocked and clean the vent. Definitely calling them back.
