I don't understand the good reviews.

Let me tell you that I am not thrilled to have to call an AC repairman within the span of 30 days just for some inexperienced tech to show up and accuse me of improperly handling a fusebox and trying to 'injure him.' Ontop of that, I was quoted 600 dollars for what couldn't have been 20 minutes of work. The cost of materials alone didn't even amount to 100 dollars. I was able negotiate that down to 400 but that is still not a great value and it seems that our problems only got worse after calling them.

Unprofessional, inexperienced, and really poor value are what these guys have to offer. Stay away!

Very highly recommended! This is the third time I have hired them. The first time was when my AC went out during a party and they came out at 1am!! I’ve used them twice since and have consistently been completely satisfied. The owner is extremely responsive, reliable, knowledgeable, and courteous. The workers have all been great as well.
