I have had a regrettable experience with this particular company, which I find to be lacking in professionalism and reliability. Unfortunately, the owner, Jon, made promises regarding a job that ultimately proved to be beyond his capabilities, causing me to question his trustworthiness.

Fast service. The parts needed for my repair were completely unavailable so Jon the owner called supply houses all up the East coast until he located the part. He had it expedited shipped so I wouldn’t be without AC for too long. Highly recommend this company.

I can’t complain about their service HOWEVER… Affordable??? Not really.
My unit is a little over 2 yrs old. The first time I called for service I was charged over $200 for a minor fix. The second time I called I thought it wasn’t going to be a major expense because the part was still under warranty. I was charged over $400!!! 🤦🏻‍♂️ For labor!
My unit is still under warranty but I’m afraid to call 😬

Probably the best in the business. I use them personally and i am a home inspector and see issues with HVAC systems and refer my clients to them. They are honest and affordable.

My AC had a leak after 11 years. This company was there from day one. They recharged the unit but I knew there was a bigger issue. Freon leak. I knew 11 years and the unit was past its life expectancy. I just had them replace the unit. They sent two guys who where very courteous, clean and perfect installers. They worked 9 hours at the house replacing everything. The price was awesome. Nothing but the best in my opinion and I see installations of hvac units in a daily basis. I worked all day away from the house and came home to a beautiful installation and my house is cool again. I can’t thank them enough for their service and they are the best.

Be careful with this company. They offer you a lot of perks when trying to sell you a new A/C unit, but if it's not in writing they will not honor it. I bought a brand new unit about a year ago and the sales guy promised a preventive maintenance check up the first year, and now that I call the company they're stating it's not on the contract. Now they're charging $175 in order to do a preventive maintenance check up which was supposed to come with the new unit. Just another shady business in South Florida. Be very careful with this company and if they offer you anything extra, make sure it's in writing.

Affordable Air is an incredible find. Prices were far better than other companies, and the service was fast. The installers were professional and worked through a rainstorm to get my unit installed. The tech was knowledgeable and patient, answering all of my questions in a way I could understand. All in all, one of the best companies I've experienced.

We purchased a brand new Trane air conditioner from this company that has been defective since day 1. They DO NOT back the products they sell. They tell me every time that it is a Trane issue and not their issue. I purchased the unit in 2017 and have had over ten service calls for defective parts and EVERY time they give me a hard time to make the repair. It’s a battle to have it covered and they always want to charge $$$ for every defective part on this brand new unit they sold me on. They are rude, difficult to deal with and untrustworthy. I DO NOT recommend.

this company installed a central ac unit for me 10 years ago, yes I know its 10 years ago. But in the last 10 years I have had nothing but issues with this AC it has caused water damage in my home. I have so many people out here trying to fix my water damage, roof, engineers, etc. I have recently been told by 3 companies the AC is the issue with the water damage, it is too big for my home. I called to get this resolved and spoke to the most unprofessional sarcastic office manager. My warrant expires in September the office manager offered to have someone come out and look at the AC for $85 as if I want to give them more of my money. Save your money, they do shotty work, and very unprofessional

Affordable Air and Heat replaced my central air unit and installed a dryer vent. They were professional and performed the services in a timely manner. I am pleased with their work. They were also easy to get a hold of and provided excellent customer service when I had questions.
