Advance Cool Air

These guys were absolutely amazing and I highly recommend them. Came through last minute for a broken a/c and based on consultation recommended and upgraded unit. Now I’m in absolute comfort.

On January 23 I had an issue with my AC Unit not working. It was only pumping hot air. I found ACA Advance Cool Air on line. I requested someone to contact me. Within less then 10 minutes I received a call & explained my situation. I’m on oxygen 24x7 & needed working AC. I was told they could have someone out ASAP. No lie someone was at my home in less than an hour. Even before checking unit he said he knew what it needed. The AC was 19 years old & had been giving me problems. Muller explained my options & there was absolutely no pressure at all. It was repair/replace part or bite the bullet & get NEW unit. My choice. I decided a new high efficiency unit was best. Installation was set for the next day, BUT Muller was able to get AC working so that I was not without air conditioning. That evening I received a message when to expect technician the following morning. Tuesday, January 24 got text that technicians enroute. Arrived & project started & completed as described & explained everything through installation. Technicians (Richard&RJ) worked well, removing old & installing new units, adjustments were required due to new unit was larger & space limited
From start to finish I can say the ACA technicians were professional, friendly, knowledgeable & felt they cared about the customer with Repair -Sales & Installation.I would highly recommend ACA. I had a good experience which is not always the case & greatly appreciated.

The service I received from Advanced Cool Air was great. The manager explained everything to me, step by step. The employees were professional and worked hard until the job was done. They finished the job on time. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs service.

I want to say the service Stanley provided today was terrific. Very professional and honest. He came to fix one thing and saw that something else was out of place and fixed it at no additional cost. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends, family, and employer.

Response time and availability is incredible. The quality and knowledge of everyone from field techs to in-office team is amazing. I feel so lucky i found them bc i have cycled through so many inconsistent , unreliable and uncaring ac companies.

Richard was awesome. He arrived witching the time frame given to us. Saved us from overheating. He was fast, professional and explained the whole process. We will definitely be using Richard’s service for any of our AC needs!

This is our tech, we honestly appreciate everything he does and how he cares. We thought we had lost his number and almost died last night. Thank God we found him and got our ac working again! He didn’t leave our house until he found the issue. A new motor and thermostat and hello cold air! Thank you for coming over and leaving almost at 1am.

Richard and Victor were very polite, efficient, knowledgeable and explain everything to me about what was wrong with my unit and what problems to look out for in the future and they were very caring. They got my AC back up and running in no time. And they were friendly to my pets (:

It was tricky to find a recommended a/c installer. Advance Cool Air was timely in their responses - sales and services - and did the work on the day promised.
The staff were friendly, professional, and respectful. On the installation day and follow up fix the next day, they arrived later then stated, but they stayed until the job was done, which took longer than expected being a condominium closet a/c unit.
I did have a problem that had to be followed up on the next day and they came to fix it that day. It was a tricky situation, but ultimately it was resolved.
I am glad I paid with a credit card. My card extended some of the warranty. I was a bit miffed that I was pressured to pay the 2nd half of the bill (after paying a big deposit) before I was completely satisfied that the unit was working properly (which it wasn't at first). They did fix the problem (I hope) and I paid the 2nd half.
5 months later: I had a problem with the unit the last few days. They came quickly. and showed the problem wasn't with the unit, but the drain system. Problem easily solved. I am very happy with their response.

Stanley & T’Aaron arrived quickly after being informed they were on their way. They were Both professional & helpful in explaining/answering any of my questions. I would definitely recommend this company’s services
