On January 23 I had an issue with my AC Unit not working. It was only pumping hot air. I found ACA Advance Cool Air on line. I requested someone to contact me. Within less then 10 minutes I received a call & explained my situation. I’m on oxygen 24x7 & needed working AC. I was told they could have someone out ASAP. No lie someone was at my home in less than an hour. Even before checking unit he said he knew what it needed. The AC was 19 years old & had been giving me problems. Muller explained my options & there was absolutely no pressure at all. It was repair/replace part or bite the bullet & get NEW unit. My choice. I decided a new high efficiency unit was best. Installation was set for the next day, BUT Muller was able to get AC working so that I was not without air conditioning. That evening I received a message when to expect technician the following morning. Tuesday, January 24 got text that technicians enroute. Arrived & project started & completed as described & explained everything through installation. Technicians (Richard&RJ) worked well, removing old & installing new units, adjustments were required due to new unit was larger & space limited
From start to finish I can say the ACA technicians were professional, friendly, knowledgeable & felt they cared about the customer with Repair -Sales & Installation.I would highly recommend ACA. I had a good experience which is not always the case & greatly appreciated.

This is our tech, we honestly appreciate everything he does and how he cares. We thought we had lost his number and almost died last night. Thank God we found him and got our ac working again! It was tricky to find a recommended a/c installer. Advance Cool Air was timely in their responses - sales and services - and did the work on the day promised.
The staff were friendly, professional, and respectful. On the installation day and follow up fix the next day, they arrived later then stated, but they stayed until the job was done, which took longer than expected being a condominium closet a/c unit.
I did have a problem that had to be followed up on the next day and they came to fix it that day. It was a tricky situation, but ultimately it was resolved.
I am glad I paid with a credit card. My card extended some of the warranty. I was a bit miffed that I was pressured to pay the 2nd half of the bill (after paying a big deposit) before I was completely satisfied that the unit was working properly (which it wasn't at first). They did fix the problem (I hope) and I paid the 2nd half.
5 months later: I had a problem with the unit the last few days. They came quickly. and showed the problem wasn't with the unit, but the drain system. Problem easily solved. I am very happy with their response.
