They did an exceptional work at my home. They installed a 5 ton AC that has been working perfectly in my home for over 6 months. The prices were highly competitive and the staff was very professional. They were really responsive to my concerns when I had any questions. I highly recommend them and will be doing business with them in the future.

Jonathan is the most knowledgeable HVAC technician I've ever met. If you have a problem with commercial equipment that no one else can figure out, he will figure it out. Danny is also very good. And Jen at the office is always a pleasure to talk to. I couldn't recommend them more. :)

Jonathan and his team are incredibly professional and honest. We were visited by Pro Cooling on Friday night at 8:30pm and they repaired our unit on the spot for $300 less than a local competitor who visited us an hour prior. You can count on honesty and responsiveness while still being reasonably priced. If I could give them ten stars I would. Use them! You won’t regret it!

Pro Cooling is a great company to work with. Their responsiveness is excellent, technician experience is outstanding and the attention to detail is a valuable bonus that is evidence of their commitment to quality service. Jerry Marques, as proven by a recent service call, is an outstanding technician who will go the distance to make sure our system performing as intended and our tenants are comfortable.

I have never experienced such professional service in the city of Miami as what I experienced with Jonathan over the last weekend. We had a lockout relay installed on our ac unit. There were some unrelated issues later that night and he sent a tech out to review it immediately, making us and the condo association very happy. The next day I had lots of questions for him about the new thermostat he installed and Jonathan answered my call every time, despite it being the weekend. This may seem like no big deal to most people, but I have a mound of poor service experiences in Miami from a prior renovation, where calls went unanswered for hours, days - even weeks. Jonathan's prices were fair and the work was well done. We had some bumps in the road, but he was a real pro about it all. We will definitely use Pro Cooling Inc in the future (but hopefully not too soon!!!).

Ok, here's the deal... I love how they work. Great knowledge and they are great. The person in the office must have ADD. She can't follow up with absolutely ANYTHING. Not a call back to tell you the tech was canceled, won't send and email, cant even throw my money at her cause she seems she doesnt want it. Been asking for a maintenance contract for months, keeps saying ill be emailed and nothing. Oh well, i guess ill use them for their service, but cant have an ongoing relationship becasue she falls short on follow up. 😔 So... 5 🌟 stars on work, 3 stars on the office person and thus the overall rating.

We have a medical facility that needed emergency AC service. The owner and his mechanics helped us to continue to operate and care for our patients while they swapped the AC units flawlessly. Best service I’ve received by a contractor in Miami ever. I recommend them without reservations.

We recently moved to the Lantana area. The home we purchased had a 6-7yr old a/c system that needed some maintenance. Jonathan (the owner) came out and was on time for the appointment we made. He made us aware of a couple items that weren’t installed on this system which were important. The main one being a connection to be able to flush the air handler drain as we all know here in Florida that drain can clog and create a mess! Also the air handler support box had no insulation, and our unit sits in the garage. We had him properly insulate the support box & he also performed some other maintenance like cleaning the air handler coil. Jonathan was very honest, trustworthy, and affordable!
10/10 I would recommend and use his service again in the future.

This review is way over due. My AC went out midday in the middle of summer. My house read 85F by 5pm. I immediately found Cooling Pro contacted them AFTER HOURS. A gentleman by the name of Jonathan who was very professional, and very knowledgeable came and fixed the unit. Needless to say my AC unit was working within half an hour. I am so thankful to Jonathan and Cooling Pro for their service. What a life saver! Will be contacting them for any AC needs. Thank you again!

Amazing service! Jennifer is fantastic at her job. the techs i dealt with were more then helpful and assisted me in understanding the issue! they made sure it was a quick and easy fix !
