Had my AC serviced for condenser coil and condenser fan motor. My service tech is phenomenal! Extremely accommodating to any amergency you have and will go so far and beyong to make sure the work is done professionally and the right way. Extremely knowledgeable of every aspect of every component of the AC unit and is able to determine the issue very skillfully and quickly. You get conveniently notified via text of your appointment and you even get your quote and invoice on your phone for easy access and paymemt. Very punctual and no lies, no hassle and they are very honest on the prices. I sincerely recommend this company and a special thank you to my tech Jonathan. He is amazing. He goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy with the service. Twice he has come thru for me and my family to make sure the job is done quickly and genuinely does all within his power and knowledge to make sure the customer is happy. I called Advanced Cool Air at 7:00 a.m. this morning when our previous air conditioning company didn't answer their phone. I was able to immediately talk to a person, who was wonderful, and schedule an appointment for 9:00 a.m. I then received a email and text confirmation with all the correct details. Stanley our technician showed up within the given time frame and was absolutely wonderful. He was very responsive to all my questions and had knowledgeable answers. He came in and went to work diagnosing the issue. He quickly identified the problem, fixed the problem and got the AC unit working again within a very short period of time. He was super professional, super knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Billing was easy, the invoice was very clear and detailed. The whole process was easy and well done. Advanced Cool Air is now my go-to air conditioning company!
