Advance Cool Air

AC stopped working around noon today, called these guys and had a tech on site within two hours with my issue resolved.

Rich was the technician, did an excellent job and gave me some valuable pointers on HVAC maintenance to mitigate the need for service calls going forward.

No crazy “emergency service call” fees or upsells.

Solid.

Needless to say, the entire team did an amazing job! Our unit went down on Friday morning, a new unit was installed the next day. A couple of minor hiccups but all addressed quickly. They were friendly, and helpful… felt like old friends. A special shout out to Kevin and Tony. Amazing gents. Definitely our company to use going forward with our HVAC needs.
