I sent a request through thumbtack and they responded immediately! Very professional and took their time to effectively declog my AC. Gave them 4 stars instead of 5 only because they were pricey.

ACA responded to my inquiry well before I finished typing...lol. They were very prompt. Minutes later I got a text message and a phone call to set up an appointment. The gentlemen that came out were very nice and polite. They diagnosed the problem right away. They were the utmost professionals. I highly recommend them!

WOW!! is all I can say. I usually do not write reviews, but I had to with this company. Richard was AMAZING. If you ever need anything done with your AC, Richard and Advance Cool Air is the only place you should be calling! I mean it. They showed up ON TIME (and even on the SAME DAY I called), were so professional, explained everything to me. The best part about the whole visit was the Richard said to me.... "We are not leaving this place until I feel cold air coming out of your unit." He was incredible. He was true to his word. He fixed my A/C unit, and the price was great. Thank you!!! Keep this number and company in your phone. They are the best.

Tony and the guys were great. Punctuality was key! He called me before arriving. When it comes to the service, he thoroughly made sure my vents were clean . Customer service was 10/10 !

While the staff is friendly, they are ineffective and poor customer service. They make commitments and don't follow through; are often over an hour late to appointments.

They promised me a report and estimates same day, but 4 days later still nothing. When asked for manager and refund unfulfilled services, was put on hold for literally 20 minutes. They tried to send me estimates while on phone to not refund my money... Very disappointing experience and still disputing the charges.

I would avoid this company, but if you do use them, don't pay the invoice until you get everything they promised completed.

THNAK YOU for doing what ARS could not. They came and fixed my ac issues in 30 minutes where ARS left me in a hot house for four days. You’re responsiveness and customer service is greatly appreciated and I will use you again in the future.
