Our technician Sal was very professional. He answered all my questions, worked diligently and made sure everything was cleaned before he left.

I built a house with Aztec homes that mid Florida air installed the ac unit. Not even a month living in the house the ac goes out for the second time. The on call guy said he wouldn't come out be cause I had a NEST thermostat installed. I told him that it is 85 in my house and my 4 month old is burning up. I guess that doesn't matter. He told me to call the home office in the morning. Do not recommend.

Mid Florida Air has been around for a long time, and I have been a customer for a long time..they are a great family owned caring company. I highly recommend them.

We've been happy with mid florida. They have very polite and knowledgeable employees. We've used their service policy for years now and have been very pleased.

I called Middle Florida air to take a look at my elderly fathers ac at his mobile home. The technician called me as I live out of state to me that he looked at it and to call back if it still wasn't running correctly. I got charged 2x for service call but was credited back after I called. My fathers ac was still not working properly so same technician came out and said there was water in his duct work under home. We had him remove water and we were quoted for new unit and need duct for future. My brother went to visit my dad and his account was on but still not cooling down. Poor man was sweating in 84 house. My brother looked at the technician did receive attach duct work after extracting water and it was filled with water and sand. After attempts to get in touch on a Sunday (no after hours help)no one responded till Monday when they denied that it was their fault. Last person to touch duct work was them. Also when we were quoted for new account and duct work you could tell they didn't want the work bc it would require climbing under mobile home they mentioned that someone else could do it cheaper.

Sal does a great job of sales and service. Very professional and courteous. Communicates well and answers all questions. Very valuable employee. I recommend Mid Florida very highly!

$99 for doing 3 thingss:
1. Check freon pressure
2. Check capacitor
3. Pour some likely inexpensive liquid down the drain line.

Not done:
1. Cleaning evaporator coils
2. Cleaning compressor coils
3. Checking inside thermostat/main duct

Plus had the "pleasure" to meet their service tech.
