Mid Florida A/C

Grateful to Mid Florida AC ....they have been my go to for AC issues for a number of years now. I am grateful to the service contract they offer as my AC stopped last night I called and left a message and was promptly contacted the next morning as expected. I received another call to advise the technician was on his way. Technician Otis Burke was Prompt, very professional and got my system up and running in no time. I highly recommend Mid Florida A/C for your cooling and heating service and repairs.

Gold policy holder for over 20 years! Most professional company that I have consistently worked with for this long a period of time. Techs are always responsive, polite and answer questions. I love that they call to tell you they are on their way to service! Many years Gold Policy has more than paid for itself. Nice to know in the heat of the summer if the air goes out you go to the top of the list for service!!!

Mid FL A/C installed my system when our house was built 15 years ago. They have performed a yearly maintenance since then. However, w/ the system being 15 years old, we decided to upgrade our system to a Carrier 4ton 16 sear, 2 stage system. We couldn't be happier. Our house is now an absolute constant 75 degrees. The 2 stage was well worth the little extra it cost us. We did have 1 minor hiccup 7 days after the system was installed. I came home and the A/C was not working. Mid FL A/C sent a tech out promptly. He in turn had to get a second more experienced tech to come help him. BUT, after a couple of hours, (thankfully we on got to 78 degrees that day), they found that the factory had apparently pinched a wire when it was being built, causing the short in the electrical. After fixing it, the system is now purring like a kitten. A++ for Mid FL A/C

Excellent experience! Service tech showed up on time, very neat and professional. Very knowledgable in his duties. Cleaned up after job was done. Answered all questions put to him. Showed me readings and explained their meanings. Highly recommend this company and staff.

Once again, Mid Florida has proven to be the A/C company of choice. Second visit by Al for annual check-up was reassuring, informative, professional, and a pleasure. Once again Mid Florida A/C comes through with outstanding customer service. During my annual check up Mr. Al Taylor discovered that the heat strips were not functioning and would not defrost the heat pump. It was due to a faulty thermostat that he changed out as part of my warranty. He also gave me a tip on keeping the drain line clear. I have referred Mid FL A/C to friends and neighbors and will continue to do so,

Excellent service with a highly skilled crew. So happy Otis Burke stopped on bye. I just purchased a home that had a questionable HVAC. Otis had performed service on my rental home and went through a complete review on the HVAC and gave me an honest review and even showed me issues that was eventually leading to a disaster. Mid Florida is the best !

Otis was very knowledgeable, polite, and answered every question I had. He had to change out a part and brought it to me so I could see what was wrong with it. I wouldn't hesitate to have him service my unit again.
