Mid Florida A/C

I wrote a review on July 9. It has been taken down since then but the issue has not been resolved. Technician came on a Saturday in a timely manner. The complaint was the a/c not cooling, the tech took about 10 or 15 minute to do who knows what, no performance check in that time frame, came back and said unit was fine. Not hardly. The unit could not cool and he said it was because of the 6 people in the house or the windows. The windows are tinted double pane installed 4 years ago. The unit out side was less than 1 year old and they talked her into replacing her old one that kept here house cool for 10 years or more even with the old jalousie windows. This tech, Gary, was very rude, he has no customer service skills and his hvac skills are no better. This company deserves no stars.

Good emergency service. Michael is an experienced technician with good knowledge of residential A/C. Note : not having a 24 hour emergency service is an inconvenience. What happens after 8:00 pm (emergency time limit) if people need help ? (Especially in the summer months). Not being able to extend your emergency service will send us (customers) to other companies who can offer it. Hopefully, it will not be the case in the future. Your business decision. Thank you.

I have being doing business with Mid Florida A/C since 2004 and I have never had any issues with them. The technicians that they send to my home are very kind and they always do a spectacular job with their work.

Mid-Florida originally installed my mom's A/C system in 1999 when her house was built. It was a great install and great service when needed but recently I figured it was due for replacement and who else to re-install but the original A/C company. It was a Holiday Builder home and they're very familiar with this builders homes and details. I have highly recommend them to friends and family through the years.

Had to have work done on my AC Mike Myers diagnosed and fixed the issue with my unit. He is a very knowledgeable tech and went above and beyond to ensure everything was running correctly and I was 100% satisfied with the work completed.

Otis has been our tech for over 2 years. He is always prompt, courteous and thorough. In the time he has handled our service, we have never had a recall on a problem.

Mid-Florida heating and air conditioning has taken good care of our heating and A/C needs for the last 10 years. Jesse and the staff and technicians are the best ever and we can always rely on them to get to us as quickly as they can when something goes wrong.

As usual, our technician "Al" arrived promptly as scheduled, performed all necessary work in a timely, professional manner. He helped educate us on a few areas of AC maintenance, and we enjoyed his banter with us.
