Compressor stopped working this morning. Jay's Air & Heat took my call and had Edgardo at my house within an hour! They diagnosed the problem using a very thorough set of trouble-shooting steps, found the problem and had it fixed quickly. Along the way, there was the possibility of several major components being faulty, but they kept looking and ultimately found a relatively minor wiring issue that was the problem. Many other contractors would have stopped looking once they suspected big ticket items needed to be replaced, resulting in a much bigger repair bill. I really appreciate the honesty and integrity that Jay has instilled in his crew. HIGHLY recommend.

Jay's is my go to. I've never been disappointed and always been impressed. So responsive and professional. I trust them completely and use them for my own home as well as rental properties. Big ups for Edgardo and Jay. Thanks guys!
