First time customer and will never use any other HVAC business ever again. Jay was recommended by a friend, who used them for years. Called this morning to make an appointment and they responded the same afternoon (within the 2 hour window that was quoted). Edgardo, the technician, was honest, informative and very thorough. Edgardo identified our issue and fixed it with relative ease. He inspected our entire HVAC system and highlighted some areas of concern. Without pressure, we signed up for their maintenance program and now have the comfort knowing we are in good hands.

Edgardo has been to see me three years in a row. He is on time, does what is here to do, and keeps me informed of what he has done. Thank you for maintaining my ac system.

I have a service contract with Jay's for 5 years or so now. Excellent company to deal with. Very responsive, good people, excellent service work (I had Sears before and Jay's service is much more detailed in their maintenance IMHO).
