I was able to schedule an appointment on the same day as I called. The technician showed up on time. He answered my questions and was very knowledgeable. I would use this company for future needs.

The team at Jay's Air & Heat are incredible! I called on a Thursday at 4:30pm and was told someone would be out at 8:30am Friday. Gwinn arrived on time and did his diagnosis. He carefully explained the options and gave me his "here's what I would do" assessment. I called back with my decision a few hours later and he returned within the hour to make the necessary repairs. I'm now enjoying my cold A/C and couldn't recommend more highly the professional service I received!
