Chase and his co-worker showed up ,diagnosed my problem in 5 minutes and had me back up and running in 10 minutes.If you call anybody else you’ve already messed up.

Our system seems to be higher maintenance than most and Jay and his crew take great care of us no matter how many times we call them! I wouldn’t want to be in FL without them.

I called Jays at 8am on a Monday morning and they answered by the second ring. Edgar was able to come out by 9am that same day. He diagnosed the problem quickly and was very knowledgeable about the steps it would take to get it fixed. He ran into an issue with my existing parts and took the time to remedy the issue and let me know all of my options. The pricing was very fair and Edgar was both kind and professional. I will definitely use Jays again and especially as a woman who owns her own home, it was nice to feel like I was working with a company that was going to be honest and fair and not take advantage of my lack of knowledge on HVAC parts. Hands down THE BEST ac company in Brevard County. We are blessed to have found Jay, and I can’t compliment him and his staff enough! Went above and beyond to not only try to help repair our old system, but when that wasn’t possible due to nothing on their end, found us a great deal on a new unit, and fast! Everyone else we called either couldn’t get a new system for at least a month, or never even returned our calls. Jay was ALWAYS prompt, and every one of his technicians is 5 star.
