I have been a Jays Air & Heat customer for many years. They always arrive on time and are always professional. They are prompt whenever I need them in a rush and always send a technician that is polite and happy to help with whatever issue I have. Even in scorching hot situations they are always cheerful. You can tell that the employees love thier job. I would not use anyone else for my AC and heat needs.

Jay and Gwinn are very knowledgeable and professional. We have been using them for our residential properties for over 5 years now and they never disappoint!

Jay’s Air and Heat did a fantastic job at a good price! From the time he came out and gave me an estimate where I could actually go out and look at the equipment and see what I was getting, to signing the contract with him. Everything was very upfront and easy to understand he did a really great job explaining and answering all my questions. When he and his crew came out, they were all nice, very professional and did a great job.

Gwinn arrived on time for our scheduled estimate of a complete replacement of our HVAC unit. He was professional and knowledgeable. Gwinn took his time to thoroughly assess all parts of the system and explained everything in a detailed and comprehensive way.

My dogs chewed up the wires to my AC and we normally have family that can do minor repairs. Long story short, it wasn't until close to 4pm that we realized it was not fixable and we had a man named Edgardo come out. He was extremely friendly and fixed the problem and answered all my questions in under an hour. They were so friendly on the phone too. AC repairs are never super cheap but they are competitive comparably. I highly recommend them!

Just as promised, we waited and ordered our unit with special financing on top of it, and saved over $600
Jay ordered our unit on Thursday, and his crew was out here the very next day! They did a great job! I am so happy, and would refer anyone to him.
