Such a great company!! Nothing but positive experiences. Today Blake came by to service our AC unit. He was courteous, professional and experienced. This company has proven time and again that they will provide quality service with a smile. We are going to renew our Maintenance Value Plan for the 3rd year because we know fully well that they are committed to their customers and always treat you as if you are family. A+++

We had issues with our AC and I reached out to our landlord which he found the company and literally within a few hours Chris came out and the service was top notch! From the beginning he made us feel comfortable with a text to introduce and let us know he was on the way. He educated us to help maintain the lines in the house for the future and fixed the issues the same day. I definitely would recommend them to anyone and we appreciate your awesome service Chris!

Excellent experience! Reviews were correct. The experience start to finish was really great. Called in the morning - fixed same day in the afternoon. We appreciate how quickly they responded to our need.The customer service person that answered the phone was very friendly, and I was sent a picture of the technician along with his resume/experience. I really like that. Technician was knowledgable and friendly. Highly recommend!

After 11 years, our ac unit went kaput! It was the day after a holiday so my mother and I really didn’t have high hopes that we could be squeezed in. But our great experience with Climate Experts began when Blake showed up on time and walked my mom through step by step what was wrong with our unit and explained what would be the best solution for her in the long run. He was super knowledgeable and professional. After Blake wrapped up, David came out within 45 minutes and went over all the options that would suit our needs. He knew we were on a limited budget and still made it happen for us. We really didn’t expect to have our unit installed the next day but these guys made it happen! Lex and Caleb came out and went above & beyond during the installation process. They were professional, cordial and very detailed in everything they did. They even helped my mom set up her thermostat!

All in all, everyone at Climate Experts was amazing. Their level of professionalism is greatly appreciated! Give these guys a shot, you won’t regret it!

Jon and Justin came out same day to give a whole home inspection. They were extremely thorough in looking for our air quality issues, spending time in the attic inspecting ducts, checking returns throughout the house, and running system diagnostics. They answered any question and were knowledgeable and professional.

I am super impressed with Climate Experts from the person who answered the phone to the service technician. Customer service and customer education is big for this company. Josh was able to come out to my home same day! I received communication on his arrival and a picture of who to expect! Which is great for safety! While Josh checked everything out, he educated me on my system and proper upkeep and preventative maintenance. Climate Experts did not install my unit but I am not at all happy with the original installers. But Josh was very familiar with the unit and how it works. Josh was patient, kind, and loves what he does. He cares about his work and it shows in his work ethic. I am grateful I found Climate Experts and that they come all the way out to Mims! Thanks Josh for your help and I appreciate all of your efforts!
