A friend mentioned that Climate Experts were "best of breed" in their customer service, so we contacted them for an assessment and an estimate. My friend was correct. Owen was professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and pleasant to talk with. Highly recommend.

Climate Experts installed my new HVAC system in 2018. They were incredibly upfront and experts in their field. I would recommend them for any and all A/C and HVAC installations and repairs.

Chris was an excellent repairman. He was expeditious coming to my property, discovered the issue and fixed it in less than an hour. Definitely the best serviceman that I have had the pleasure of doing business with. I Definitely recommend Chris for your heating and cooling needs.

The AC went out in the middle of the night during our stay at an Airbnb. It was closer to 90 degrees that night and we had a 3 month old baby with us. The host contacted Climate Experts and the specialist (Jon K.) was able to come to our place immediately. Jon was very professional and super friendly. Needless to say he fixed the AC within an hour and saved our trip. Highly recommend Climate Experts Jon K deserves a raise :)

We were told there was something wrong with our A/C unit and we were trying to get estimates to see how much we were looking at spending. But Jon and Rodderick put our minds at ease and were very helpful when it came to letting us know exactly what was going on. They were very friendly and courteous. They were so much informative than the last person we had here to look at our A/C.

Bryson was professional and very helpful. He thoroughly explained the problem/situation, the corrective action he was taking, and what preventative maintenance we should perform to help prevent this again in the future. The Climate Experts were very polite and helpful throughout the process, from the individual who took our initial call to the technician who came out to the house. Their communication was spot on! I hope not to need their assistance again, but if I do, I will not hesitate in using Climate Experts again!
