I cannot say enough good things about this company. We've used them for a few years now and every time, they have been extremely helpful, kind and they do a great job. Chris and Tommy were at our home doing a job yesterday and in the middle of their job, we learned that our dog had to be put to sleep after my husband took him to the vet. We were all heartbroken and having a hard time. Chris and Tommy were very kind and empathetic towards our situation. Today, Chris showed up to our home with a bouquet of flowers and a sympathy card, expressing how sorry they were for our loss. They went above and beyond what they had to for their customer. I am so thankful for such a great company and their great employees ❤️

The “tune up” by Kevin was well done and will get us through another year. The follow up visit by Connor was very informative. I learned a great deal about ACs. Both Kevin and Connor were well versed in their products and services.

Bit of a bumpy road with Climate Experts. After several attempts and with some difficultly getting the job done right the first time. All ductwork replaced, satisfactory. Jon and Kevin did a great job on our insulation as well.

Cristian Robinson, Joe, and the other members of this team were extremally professional, throurogh, polite, and friendly. I say team because that worked very well together with each member having thier owns tasks to complete. When needed that helped each other. I also saw a lot of hands on training being shared by the more experianced Tech.'s. They kept us informed thoughout the installation process and at the conclusion even helped us set up our Ecobee thermostate to link it to our phones via Bluetooth. Customer satisfaction was their highest priotity. They left the job site clean with all debris removed. I look forward to a long relationship with Climate Experts.

I think they fixed our AC issue….we’ll see. The technician was helpful to explain everything well. He didn’t say there was mold in the AC although the previous technicians from this same company said there was mold in some spots in the AC. I would like if they would get rid of and/or replace the moldy parts though….

Chris came out and diagnosed my problem in a matter of minutes. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was able to explain everything to me in a way I could understand. I will definitely use them again for yearly maintenance and any other repairs.

Conner from climate experts went above and beyond when providing us with a quote for duct replacement and repair. He changed his schedule around to accommodate us on short notice and explained the company's processes fully and expertly. He even provided detailed pictures of areas we were concerned with and explained that some of the work we were requesting was simply unnecessary . This business approach is unheard of any more. An honest quote for a fair price. 👌 cannot recommend enough.

Jon was great! He was on time (and we even got a text when he was on the way) and went straight to the job at hand. Very knowledgeable and kind. Will be requesting him again!

We had an amazing technician named Jon. We had many other companies to our house previously and he found everything that was wrong. Would 100% recommend.

What great prompt service. Found the problem and fixed it with parts from the truck. Great guys will use them again. If you need service or repairs these are the guys to use!
