Tommy was very professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed my problem very quickly and repaired quickly. I recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC repairs.

I called Climate Experts and spoke to Krystal to schedule to find out why the Nest Thermostat I recently installed at my Mother’s house wasn’t working. She scheduled Connor and Blake to come to the house to run diagnostics to find the problem. They took several hours to investigate the entire system to find that the initial installation was not done properly and ended up re-wiring the system. Additional parts were needed to schedule for a follow-up visit in a few days for new parts installation. I didn’t intend to stay in town for a lengthy repair but my mother needed the air conditioning to work properly in her home.
The next morning Krystal called me to say there was a chance she could get us on the repair list for the next day. A few hours later she bumped us up to same day service. This time Chris Crawford and Jon Kalle came to the house. These guys took up right where Connor and Blake left off but evaluating the problems and making sure they were corrected to manufacturers specifications.
They had to get into the attic at one point which gave me the opportunity to locate hidden surround-sound speakers that hadn’t worked in years.
Not only did they get the HVAC system running perfectly, installed a new Wi-Fi remote thermostat, helped me download the app to my phone and connect to the HVAC for remote access, we also now have reconnected surround-sound speakers for our home theater system! Super Happy!
What I’m trying to say here is that we highly recommend Climate Experts Inc. for their exceptional service and professionalism. Great Job Guys & Krystal!

I highly recommend Climate Experts Inc, especially the technician Owen Georg! He was fantastic the whole way through! Owen came out to do an overall inspection of my home and current unit, the whole time walking me through everything and taking the time to easily explain what all of it meant and the benefit and values of their services and everything they had to offer! Owen managed to do all of that while never making me feel forced to use their services or products and I never felt like I was just a dollar sign! You can tell that he is very passionate about what he does and puts high value on Climate Experts but also on his customer and how he represents himself just the same! I feel like with this company you will walk away feeling that is was money well spent and if you choose to work with Owen Georg for any of your HVAC needs, you will be in good hands the whole way through!

Got an estimate for a new system, due to hurricane ian and nicole my hvac system is gone. CONNOR was awesome, very helpful, very informative w all aspects of my estimate and detail steps to move forward with a new system. He is super nice guy, I know he will take care of me and my family w a great quality ac system. Definitely choose this company for help w heating n cooling.

I needed AC repair last fall, they came out on a Saturday morning and fixed it. My Goodman of 10 yrs is worn out, so I called Climate Experts to give me an estimate. I was very happy with Derek, and he didn't try to oversell. Matter of fact, for my house he said anything more than a 14 Seer was a waste of money. You got to love the honesty. He returned with a helper the next week and had my new Rheem installed and working in under 6 hours. I'm very happy and plan on having them do the yearly maintenance. THANKS!!!!

Chris was awesome! He went above and beyond to fix our a/c after hours. Great guy, and very knowledgeable.

Had them come out first to look at AC. They did little research into problem and wanted to replace the whole system based off its age. Second company came out and AC was running after 30 minutes just because of a switch in outside unit. Don't use this company!!!!

Connor did a great job to determine my A/C failure. As my unit was 13 years old I went with purchasing a new York system and received a considerable discount.

Both Connor and Roman did a very professional and neat job installing the new system in 1 day and even working through a neighborhood power failure. My system works fantastic and keeps my house at a consistent, comfortable temperature.

The 6 month follow up was also very professional and they made excellent recommendations to maintain a healthy system.

Chris came to evacuate an AC issue when my handler fan didn't come on. Unfortunately it will need to be replaced, but is under their fantastic 10 year warranty. He also made good recommendations for a general maintenance plan and some great options to protect my AC system.

I would most highly recommend them for all you A/C services and they will always be the first ones I call.
