Communication from the dispatcher was spot on. No wondering what's going on or who the tech will be because a text is sent with his photo. When Chris C. showed up he was in a uniform and took the time to listen to our concerns. He then went to work on doing preventative maintenance on both of our AC systems. We were advised that a capacitor needed to be changed in one and Chris had the correct parts on his truck. In addition to that repair both systems got a thorough check up including pressure and voltage checks. Chris also showed us where our 20+ year old systems are aging and helped us understand what to expect in the future. If you are tired of dealing with poorly run AC service companies, doing business with these guys is a breath of fresh air. Definitely Recommend!

Recently used this company as the reviews are very good and the statements about affordable price for service. I will not be using this company ever again. The price was outrageous for what was completed... $400 for a 20min task to clean a clog out of air handler drainage duct. (Plus the $150 service call.) EXPENSIVE is understatement!
