The sales guy came to my house. He was a professional and was polite and straightforward. Although his presentation took over an hour. I told him my price expectations immediately and they tried to sell me a Goodwin 3.5 tons 14 seer for over $9,100! This was about $1200 over our budget. I called Weather Engineers and they are selling me a Trane 3.5 ton 15 seer for around $7,000! Do not waste your time with this company unless you want to throw away your money! Also, Climate Experts are not authorized to sell the top 3 AC units, Trane, Carrier, and Lennox. Climate Experts sells their products based on “instillation”. Last, this review is written under my maiden name incase they say there isn’t a record of me being a customer.

Jon was swell- he was prompt, honest, informative, and thorough. Unfortunately both our AC units have given us trouble since moving into our new home. He was available two days after our initial issue to re-evaluate as it seemed there was a new concern as to why the AC is going out. He was professional and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Very personable as well.

Chris came out to repair my A/C unit. Air handler was fine (so I thought). Compressor not working... Chris was able to determine quickly what the issue was. He also informed me that the interior of the air handler needed to be cleaned. He did that as well. It took a few minutes for the temperature of the house to cool to a comfortable level. Very professional.

Connor and his team were a great group of guys! Very professional and knowledgeable. We couldn't be happier with the work these guys did with replacing our air ducts. Great company!

Chris was the service technician who serviced my unit. What a great job he did in carrying out his tasks but in explaining what I should be aware of to keep my unit running well. In addition it is always a pleasure when your service technician his personable, friendly, and shows that he REALLY does care about your being satisfied with his work and his company Climate Experts. I would highly recommend Climate Experts and Chris if you need any AC advice and/or high quality service work done for a reasonable price. Thanks again

Jon replaced the AC blower motor and then checked the whole system for proper operation afterwards. He was very thorough answering every question I had. I was so pleased with Climate Experts that I will definitely use them again. I think they're very professional and perform great service without ripping you off.

On a Saturday evening our A/C stopped working. On Sunday morning we scheduled a maintenance call for Monday using their website. They called on Sunday to make sure we that we did not need an emergency call. Blessedly it was a beautiful day and we were able to wait until Monday. On Monday our technician arrived and made the unwanted discovery that our compressor was dead. The technician called the sales team and they came out and gave us all our options from repair to replacement. They answered all our questions and we opted for replacement. The team jumped into action providing a us with a portable A/C unit for our bedroom and getting our new unit ordered. On Thursday the installation team arrived and went to work and later that day we had a beautiful, quiet new Heating and Cooling system. The entire Climate Expert team was polite and helpful from start to finish. It was so nice to see how well they all worked together to solve our problem from start to finish.
