Bryson did a great job with his inspection. I was late to show up because of a work meeting but he was understanding of my tardiness. He was also very friendly towards my dog who loves to introduce herself. Couldn’t recommend him more. 10/10

Yes!!! Kevin was very Professional and very Informative!! He explained everything that he found during his diagnosis of the problem!! He found that the " capacitor" was bad and installed a new one!! The A/C was working great 👍. And then he checked all the wiring etc. And he checked all the pressure , high side...etc. and all his numbers were great!! ✔️ Checked temperature inside and all was good!! Checked my filters etc. All good I just put new ones in!!!! Then he explained all the different warranties that were available and explained the bill for my work that was done 👍 all great !!! 😃

Jon and Seth did a great job!! Highly recommended. Jon and Seth were very knowledgeable polite and explained in detail the problem my AC system was having. they were able to fix the issue in about 30 minutes for a reasonable price.

I came home to my A/C not working and water all over the floor. I was looking for a quick response time and was referred to Climate Experts.
I was impressed with the level of service I was provided from the very beginning. The initial phone call with Elisabeth was very pleasant and professional. She was able to have a technician come out the same day.
I received a text informing me "my technician" Jon would be at my home within the hour. The text had a link that gave me a photo and reviews about Jon, which I really appreciated.
Jon was on time, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. My 2 year old was interested in what he was doing and Jon, could not have been any more kind and understanding with her. He found the problem and was able to get my A/C working that day.

I made the appointment same day and Robyn was super accommodating to my schedule. She was very informative! Jon our tech was amazing! He was very professional, on time and answered all of our questions. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right and we understood how to maintain it. Overall very very satisfied!!

Jimmy was pleasant, knowledgeable & on time. We didn't use their business because there was no problem with the main AC. There was damage on the AC window unit but they don't replace or fix that kind of unit. Overall we were satisfied with his report. Thank you.

Our air conditioner was not turning on to cool the house. After a couple days we decided to have someone come out. I called tonight (a Saturday) around 8:15pm. I was hoping they would be able to come out next day. I was surprised that they took my information and a tech came out within a half hour to look at the unit. He figured out the problem and was able to repair it. We had a bad clog that he flushed and explained how to maintain moving forward. We're happy with the service and grateful he was able to take care of it so quickly.

We had the team install a new 4-Ton geothermal heat-pump system. They were courteous and professional, and completed it in 1 day. Overall, a great job and we'd definitely recommend Climate Experts for all your AC needs.

Austin was very punctual and patient when I wasn’t punctual! He did a great job and was very honest and careful with his inspection to make sure we knew what was going on, understood the whys, and did 3 down to it quotes for us to think over. He was the best.

Like many people, I woke up one morning to a hot and humid house. I checked my thermostat and it was 85 degrees inside. I gave Climate Experts a call after seeing their truck at a local gas station, and they had a tech out later that day. My tech, Chris, came out and took a look at my ancient unit and showed me where the control board had fried itself and that I would need a new unit. He had the project coordinator (Jimmy) come out and go over several system options and helped out with financing. Two days later I had an amazing team at my door, super friendly guys (Jay, Beau,Jean, Christian, and Vinny) they showed me how to maintenence my new system, gave my ducts a cleaning (that hasn't been done in 30 years) and gave my dog a lot of love. I absolutely adore this company and they work they did for me.
