Blake and Caleb installed a new Daikin system today and they were 5 star all the way! They arrived early, introduced themselves, prepped the house so nothing would get dirty, and worked tirelessly for hours installing an entire system. They were super personable and easy to chat with while they worked. They didn’t leave until everything was fully up and operating and did a great clean up. I was also impressed with the apprentice who was on his first day on the job as he was studious and stepped right in where he was needed. I highly recommend Climate Experts for their staff knowledge, expertise and top quality product line with exceptional customer relations.

I have been a customer of Climate Experts for the past few years. They always go above and beyond with their services and each person I have been in contact with have provided excellent customer service. They take the time to explain what needs to be done and provide tips on maintaining the air conditioning units. Highly recommend Climate Experts, they are the best. 12/2021 Connor came today to do our semi-annual maintenance check. He is very personable and extremely efficient. Connor took the time to fully explain what he was doing. Highly recommend Climate Experts for any air conditioning needs.12/29/21. Jon and Ozzy arrived today to blow insulation into our attic, they were prompt, courteous and did a fantastic job. They explained what they were doing and showed pictures of the completed process. Bryson arrived today to complete routine maintenance and was faced with a back up in the A/c unit that was causing water to pool under the indoor handler. In addition he encountered wasp nests when checking the outdoor unit. He was very efficient and helpful and did an amazing job. We have always been huge fans of Climate Experts and highly recommend them.

Tom was our Climate Expert technician today. He was fantastic, completed his review and let me know everything was in good working order. In addition he brought up the pros of installing a surge protector since we are coming into storm season. Tom is very personable and friendly. Continue to recommend Climate Experts.

I got an estimate from Owen a couple weeks ago and I wanted to say that he was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the different systems and based it on our needs and not just to sell a system. He honestly just wanted to save us money every month on our electric bill. I felt not only was I going to get a great system but a GREAT install too. You can have a great system but if it's not installed correctly then it means nothing. (Wont perform properly) This company does a few things different than the average and I wish I would of got approved. :(

Chris was awesome. He came very quickly. Thank you so much! Chris was very clean, quiet and courteous. He was also very friendly, respectful and mindful of my daughter (1.5yrs) and my excited dog. He was also very knowledgeable and provided helpful insights and tips to keep things running smoothly. Will definitely call him back for future services.

Wonderful experience working with Climate Experts. Very professional and kind. Jon, the tech who came and serviced my unit, was extremely helpful troubleshooting an issue that ended up not being the air unit. He offered solutions to the issue. He took time to explain exactly what he was doing and why Very professional and friendly! Definitely will be using Climate Experts in
the future for any air conditioner needs!

Chris came to my home with his assistant Anthony to repair my A/C. Previously I did leave a one star review for this company because of the recent experience I had with the last tech Jon. But I do want to say that when I voiced my unsatisfactory experience, management (Zack) called to make sure that my issue was taken care of. He spent a lot of time on the phone and sent a great technician out and I can’t say enough positive things about my experience this time around. Chris and Anthony are the best and great at customer service. I appreciate this company going the extra mile to make sure that everything is taken care of and the experience was top notch. I am moving into a new home and I will definitely have Climate Experts as my go to A/C company. Kudos to them for repairing not only my A/C but the relationship between the company and customer as well. Highly recommend!!

I was having issues cooling one side of my house. My AC would run and parts of my house were very cool while others were hot and humid. I suspected the duct system was the issue. I called Climate Experts on Thursday as a new customer and Connor came out the same day. He shared pictures of my attic with me and the current state of my duct work. He made a recommendation on the work needed to fix the issue.

On Monday a crew led by Caleb showed up to remove the duct system and replace it. Prior to showing up I received a text message that included the arrival time and the name and a photo of their team members. They added insulation to the attic, replaced most of the duct system within the attic. This necessitated the AC being off a lot of the time (in the middle of June in central Florida) but they even provided us 2 portable AC units at no cost to us. The work was completed on Wednesday. They even cleaned up everything before they left.

Climate Experts treated me with respect and showed genuine care for my comfort while they did their work. The attic temperatures must have been well over 100 degrees but they persevered with the work and occasionally answered my questions cheerfully. They kept me informed of their progress and did an outstanding job. I have no doubt that I'll be a customer of theirs for years to come. I would highly recommend them.

We had Owen Georg come out to our house to give us an estimate for replacement of an A/C system, he was able to come the same day of our calling and was VERY professional.
Owen listened to our situation and asked us questions to help him be able to quote us exactly what we needed. He is very nice and courteous, extremely professional and thorough. I will be recommending him to all my family and friends!

First time usng Climate Experts and I am impressed! Everyone- from the phone technician to the onsite technician was so pleasant and they were excellent communicators. Jon was friendly, professional, loved my dogs and explained all the work he was doing. He even told me how to maintain the system in between technician maintenance. I also like that they are paperless so all of my receipts and work repairs were emailed to me for future reference and ease of filing. Excellent company. Plus they offer military discounts which I like. Thank you.

Highly recommend Climate Experts. We wanted to get an expert opinion on why our lower floor is hotter than our second floor. Owen showed up the next day and went through in detail everything they offered with no pressure on us. He asked us numerous questions to get a feel on what exactly we wanted. Spent over two hours in our home investigating and taking notes to give us a picture on what was going on. Owen was polite, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He provided 6 detailed quotes from premium to economical for both a new HVAC system and duct redesign or sealing. We were surprised to see some of the pictures he provided of the ducts leaking in our attic. We had our ducts sealed in our previous home in Virginia which made a huge difference in our cooling and heating so we decided to do the same here in Florida. The technicians showed up the next morning and got right to work. Owen provided 5 star service and we highly recommend Climate Experts for your heating and cooling needs.
