They did not make my service call a priority and I ended up waiting 2 1/2 weeks to get my AC serviced in July summer 2016. While I was embracing 97+ F temperatures at my place after work in Florida, the company kept sending the same inexperienced technician to do the job. They ordered the wrong part first which took a week, then inexperienced technician blew my AC blower, waited more days for that part then after my final complain of 18 days they fixed it saying it's a new system for them. Not great customer service living with no AC middle of summer. WHY send same inexperienced technician over and over. Obviously they treated me as not priority on their list. Same company came to fix my heater during cold nights in February 2017 and ended up getting help 2 wks later from brand maker. They don't know what they're doing. Would not recommend them.

Well I worked for this company to find out that thay needed a qualified service teck. Was told would make 25% of calls and use of a truck and posted about there tecks make 45.000.00 a year. So went out on the road for them to do fresh service call to fine out that all i did was call backs , wrong parts orders, was asked if i was going to FIX this time. I applyed how meny people have been here. O you are the 6 persons that has been here and this has been going on for 6 months. Told coustmer it would be fix today and i will stand by my repair. Was told please do. Then was told thay are not going to even let them back into there house. This happen on most every call i ran. And told by our coustmers the girl in the office is very rude to her. Yelling at there coustmers who is there breed and butter. Boss tryed to tell me I diden't diagnosis a refrigerator wright and found out his new teck new more then he though. And infront of a coustmer. Also had GE teck care on the line the first time and thay confirmed my diagnosis. I guest he did not belive me when i told him i was a Factorytrain teck? So. Was pretty much used to clean up behind thus cat and also bring paychecks home like for 6 day of work $119.00 another one was $213.00 for 6 full days of work. So when thay told me that thay have 17 years in the business. I told them to call me back when you have35 years in the business. Then you will know. So now thay are trying to hire another teck so beware if you are a good service teck. Run , if you need office staff telling you how to do your job beware, if you need a headache take this job. And when in coustmers home not staying within the guidelines set forth in the service policy's. And also sendind unqualified kids in peoples homes for A/C work and goes right through the coustmers ceiling.Then ask if i can fix it and we know the answer already. So hope you all alot of luck with them but stand worn about them. O ask all his coustmers if you don't belive me. I do not need to fib I know my stuff and thay do not. And there coustmers will back me up😉

Excellent prompt service will be using until I leave my home at my departure from this tempery life we life here on earth
