Spoke with Jess who was very knowledgeable and quick with communication. She sent a tech to my house the next day in a time frame that met with my work schedule. Very good pricing and attention to detail. Will be using Dynamic for any future AC needs as well as recommending to friends and family.

We have been utilizing Dynamic Heating & Cooling for years. Today's visit was for a scheduled maintenance. Brock came and was our technician. He was amazing! He solved an issue we had been having for awhile and made sure we understood what was going on. Professional, knowledgeable & an excellent technician.

I worked with Dynamic to replace my aging heat pump system. I told them the main things that I was interested in, and they came up with some suggestions. Once I decided what I wanted, they came back with a quote the next day. The installers were well organized and professional. The installation took less than a day. Once the system was running, a service technician came by to make sure everything was working as expected and that I understood all of the new equipment. I spoke to Jessica, in the office, at around 8:30 in the morning because my A/C wasn't working. She said that Brock could be at my house between 2PM-4PM. He called me at 1PM and requested to come earlier. Wonderful news. After arrival he asked a couple questions then went right to work. After diagnosing the problem, and talking with me, he asked Jessica if she could find a fan motor. She found one quickly and Brock went to pick it up. By 4:45 he did the repair, serviced the air handler and the compressor and I was writing a check for a completely reasonable price. Thanks for the quick, efficient and friendly response to my problem. Will definitely use this company in the future.

Very friendly, well mannered workers. I had the pleasure of having Brock service my AC unit and he was very polite and on time and made sure to take his time and that everything was done right. Very good rates for the service they provide. Great company, always fix’s my AC unit and has always taken good care of us.
