Kassel Appliance was working across the street from my house. I asked the owner if he would repair my ice maker so he sent 2 employees over. They took down my number and said they would call with an estimate but I never heard back. I ordered the part on line and repaired myself. You loose Kassel. Horrible customer service.

Great service. Lost A/C on a 90 degree day. Called late in the day. They had a technician out at 9 am. Richard came out fixed the problem efficiently and quickly. Richard was friendly, showed me some things I can do with my unit to help in the future. Thank you....

My landlord has a home warranty that used Kassel's A/C repair as their contractor and I had a terrible experience! They came out right away on a Friday and ended up needing to order a part. The repairman said they would order it that day (since it was only noon) but not be able to fix it until Monday when the part came in. I was unhappy having to go the whole weekend without A/C but didn't have much choice. I called Monday morning to reschedule and the condescending woman who answered the phone was all too happy to tell me that the part was not even "researched" yet, let alone ordered. Also, since it was Veteran's day, the process wouldn't even begin until Tuesday, it would take a couple of days to get the parts and then they would reschedule the repair. She tried to blame the home warranty company for requiring approval for buying the part but I blame them. It should have been researched, approved, ordered and overnighted on Friday. Now it will be over a week before it's fixed. I will never use this company again.
