Christopher was knowledgeable and was able to tell immediately the problem with our refrigerator. He didn’t try to charge us for unnecessary repairs. He was honest and friendly. Will definitely use them again.
Chris was a lifesaver. Blower motor went out and was almost 90 degrees in the house. Chris went out of his way to locate a new motor. Once he obtained the motor, he replaced it quickly and professionally.....

The office staff is patient, thorough, and always does their best to accommodate service around a persons availability. The technician gives call ahead and is within the service window every time. He is professional, knowledgeable, and gets the job done right the first time. Look no further for appliance repair.
Let me start by saying that Kassel's service personnel are friendly and professional, that's why I am leaving a 2 star review rather than 1.
The schedulers and owner however do not feel that they are accountable for making note of the appointments that they have told you they have scheduled. There is no continuity or communication of issues or scheduled appointments between their schedulers, and you are not contacted to tell you that no one is coming to look at your broken appliance. They feel that excuses for the problems they've created for themselves are adaquate for the time you spent sitting around waiting for them without word and with a broken appliance.
I highly suggest that readers of this review locate an alternate appliance repair company that respects your time and understands your time sensitive issues.
Alex came out the same day that I called and fixed the problem. He was friendly and I highly recommend! So pleased to have the AC working again during the summer!
My dryer went out, and I believed it to be the heating element. Did some research and saw parts MAX were $80. I called Kassel, spoke to Olivia, and she confirmed my research, and actually said it would less, so I scheduled the appt as I needed someone skilled to repair the dryer (not a handyman am I). No issues on their service fee - extremely reasonable and well worth it!!
Bill, the owner, actually came out for the repair, and diagnosed the problem, and unfortunately, the timer was bad (Maytag states that does not happen too often - yeah right Maytag) and the heating element was fine. He told me he would need to order the parts, but that this repair might be cost-ineffective based on the age of the dryer - I so appreciated that honesty. He had Olivia call me about 10 minutes after he left, and she also stated that it may be best for me to consider a new dryer, rather than repairing mine, as the cost of the repair was now over $250. She gave me a few recommendations to research and I did, and found a new dryer that fit my budget.
WOW!!! I have to tell you, I am so impressed with the honesty and integrity of this company and their employees. Thank you for such a positive experience, and I will call you again when I need your services!! I gladly paid for the time Bill spent at my home diagnosing this and offering great advice. I highly recommend Kassel Appliance and AC Repair for all of your appliance and AC Needs as their honesty and integrity are tough to come by in this day and age. Thanks Olivia and Bill!!!
I placed an order with my Home Warranty company on Sunday evening, Kassel AC showed up at 1030 the next morning ready to get to work. Quickly diagnosed problem, picked up parts, and got my A/C running again. Highly recommended.
