All I can say is, "Wow!". My call was live answered. They reached out to me to follow up. Bill was our service tech and he offered to get me coffee when he called that morning to say he was on his way. Never had that before from any contractor! My previous contractor (initials D-A) "fixed" our complaint about our AC not cooling sufficiently by setting the blower to high. This made it sound like our unit was working, but nearly doubled our electric bill ever since and did not make the issue any better. Bill addressed that during his inspection and cleaning service, which indicates that he was thorough. However, the fan for the compressor had a bad bearing and kept acting up. On a second visit, Victor came out and also found a problem with the compressor cycling properly. We also learned that the company we purchased our unit from in 2007 (large soon-to-be-extinct retailer that begins with an S) sized our unit wrong. We had a 2-ton unit and should have had a 2.5 ton. Scott's replaced the unit within a week and at price that was comparable to what we paid back in 2007 for the wrong unit! I'm horrible with names, but Bill, Victor, Keenan, Joshua, Victoria, Scott, and at least 2 phone reps were all great to interact with. I am sorry I didn't give Scott's a try sooner! Would certainly recommend them! Also, being veteran owned is a bonus! Thanks for your service then and now, Scott!

These guys are truly professional. My AC unit died and had one night of a hot house with kids. They responded the following day, came within the time frame and repaired swiftly. Technician Victor was friendly and professional, didn't leave until the AC was verified working. I appreciate the business and highly recommend!

We used Scott's to replace our AC system and they were amazing! Their crew; Jeff Jeter, Daniel Suchecki, Jose Aguero, Keenan Harris, Foster Kent, and Eric Muniz were all professional. The level of service they provided was unparalleled to any other contractor I have ever used. I was notified by Michelle from intake a couple of days before the job started to let me know when the crew would be at the house and what to expect as far as time to complete the job. She set the expectation and the crew met it! They communicated throughout the whole process and left my house clean. After the Job was complete Jeff and Michelle reached out to make sure everything went smoothly, which it did.

Hands down the best service in the business! Not to mention, competitive prices and top end AC systems.

Called Scott's on behalf of our elderly next door neighbor. She is 89 years young. Response time was decent. Upon arrival technician was courteous and friendly. After his initial evaluation of the A/C unit he informed us of what the problem was and what he was going to do to correct it. Up to this point no problem. I pointed out to him that the condenser coil was clogged with dirt and lint, and please be sure and clean it. He agreed that it needed it and that he would take care of it. I then said we also want the indoor coil cleaned Then we went into the garage and looked at the air handler. Its an older unit and burns oil for heat, therefore very complex and labor intensive to clean. Also said we want the blower fan cleaned. He looked at it, commented on how much work it would be but agreed to clean indoor, outdoor coils & blower fan. And then quoted a price for said work. The price seemed reasonable. So once again, in front of witnesses, I went over what was to be done. He said Yes it's a lot of work but I can handle it.
Went back the next day to check his work. He installed the part to correct it and only cleaned 2/3 of the outdoor coil and did not work inside at all.
He did not leave an itemized receipt of work done but collected a check for the agreed amount. I called and asked to speak to the owner but he did not bother to return my call.
We believe this is abuse of the elderly. If it is not against the law, it should be.
Do Not Use Scott's A/C!! They will tell you one thing and do another unless you stand there and watch every move.

I had a great experience with them from the first contact with the office to the salesperson to the installers. Everyone was professional and informative. The salesperson, Dan very clearly explained my options without any pressure. I ultimately decided on a 2 stage system and I'm very happy with it. The difference in the overall comfort of the house is just incredible.
