Our experience with Scott's AC was stellar from start to finish. I was able to get a quick appointment during the hottest days of summer. I was so impressed that the tech, Bill, called to let me know he could arrive EARLIER than the scheduled appointment! He was honest, friendly, and informed me on all the specifics of what he checked and tasks performed as part of maintenance. Scott's AC has quality people providing quality service.

I am very happy with the work your technician, Cliff, did for us. I found your company on the Internet when looking for some repair work on our 4 year old Bryant AC. We also needed a maintenance contract on this unit. After making the appointment, Cliff came out to diagnose/fix our AC problem. I was impressed by Cliff's personable attitude, knowledge of work, and his overall professionalism. Cliff also informed me about the house purification systems your company installs and he came back the following week to install one for us. Scott’s was so timely in getting with us to come out and check out our unit. Once we learned we needed a whole new unit, Daniel explained and went over all options.
We needed a few days to figure out how we would finance it, and as soon as we made the decision they were able to schedule us the next day to come and install the unit. Excellent service and prompt communication and service.

I recommend using Scott's Heating and Air 100 times over. They were very knowledgeable, prompt, and their products are excellent. I had two new AC units installed and another one repaired. They answered all my questions, educated me on how to care for my units, and went above and beyond when to assist me even after installation when I had more questions later! Scott's Heating & Air replaced our 12 year old air conditioner - condenser and inside air handler. We worked with Daniel to figure out the best system for our house, needs, and budget. He was a pleasure to work with, very helpful, but in no way a high pressure sales person. The installation took the better part of a day and went off without a hitch. There were 4 different guys at the house and they were all friendly, knowledgable and professional. When they left they cleaned everything up. The garage was spotless. They even asked for my mop to remove all the dust and debris from the garage floor. This was a very big purchase for us, and I am glad we chose Scott's!

They even let us borrow a window unit while we waited for the install. Very grateful to have found them after some bad luck with other AC companies. The lady on the phone was so polite and friendly when I scheduled the appointment. Cliff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful as well as courteous and professional. He informed us of the products and resources available without us feeling like he was trying to push them on us. I feel much better knowing we have a maintenance agreement with Scott's and that Cliff is only a phone call away if we have AC problems again.

Scott has an amazing team. All the employees are very smart and courteous. My system has been running flawlessly for 5 years now. The only time it stopped was when a frog sat on top of the heat pump to warm up, he dried himself to a prune and fell into the heat pump fan and it stopped from running.

Very impressed with the entire Scott’s team that helped us with our recent installation. Dan was not a pushy salesman, but very knowledgeable. DJ, José and Santiago were professional, courteous and our new system looks and runs amazing. The cleanup after looked immaculate. Thanks again!!!

Nothing short of amazing in all aspects. Dan having a tech background was VERY helpful in understanding the different options and selecting the best value solution. The crew showed up on time and went above and beyond in the demo of the old system/install of the new one. They took every opportunity to make things better than new as they completed the install. Just to show how amazing it was, when the thermostat was discovered to have the wrong software to allow communicating with the other components, Dan drove across town at 7pm on New Year's Eve to deliver the correct version- and stayed around to ensure everything came online without a hitch. We've already recommended these folks to friends, and we'll be back when we have more HVAC needs.
