Scott's Heating & Air Conditioning

Late Friday night our AC went out and Scott's was able to fit us into their Saturday schedule over a holiday weekend. The technician was very thorough and took time to explain to us what happened - the unit has an auto shut off feature to prevent water backing up into the system. We continue to be impressed by this company's pricing and customer service.

I had Grant Hayes come out and he went above and beyond to make sure he didn’t leave until it was working - identified possible problems and methodically went through the progressions explaining to me what he was doing - thanks Grant - the price that was charged was way lower than I thought it would be

Victor, the salesman did an excellent job walking me through all of my options. Brad and Daniel, the installers were on time, completed the install in a timely manner, and cleaned the work area spotless. I highly recommend Scotts!

Scott’s team has been very responsive to every call that I have had. Over the past two months my AC has gone down 2 times and Scott’s has responded when I called with a service technician out the same day. The technician has been on time, very knowledgeable and courteous. They have all been very straight forward and I have not felt like they were trying to add on extra work or activities that weren’t needed.

I called for service on Sunday and spoke with Lucas who got me an appointment first thing Monday morning on a holiday! Thank you Victor and Alberto for top notch service once again!

Scotts AC did a fantastic job for me at my home in Oviedo, Fl. I replaced 2 AC systems, 5 ton and 2 ton, and Scott took the time to listen to my needs, answered my many questions, made great recommendations, and got me a detailed quote the next day. Scott was very friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. The technicians who did the work were George and John. Both were very courteous, detail-oriented, and went the extra mile to get the job done right. In fact George did some duct work for me and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the end result. Victoria , sales office representative, was very friendly on the phone and very responsive to my questions and even took care of all the manufacturers warranty and power company rebate paperwork for me. Overall, I had 7 companies give me estimates and I got the best overall deal with Scotts. I felt comfortable every step of the way, and am very happy with the end results and product selection from Bryant. I would highly recommend Scotts AC and will choose them again without any doubt on future AC needs.

Excellent service top to bottom. They were able to install my unit the day after they quoted me which was important as this was a rental unit. The installers were courteous and neat and the technician was knowledgeable and patient. Highly recommend Scott's. Best value and service.

I appreciated the no pressure demeanor of Scott’s. The installation guys were professional and left my area cleaner than it was before. All HVAC units are an unexpected and expensive purchase but I don’t feel like I overpaid. I will use Scott’s again in the future and highly recommend their services.

The receptionist at Scott's Heating and Air quoted me approximately $200 for a new thermostat for my A/C system plus installation. She even gave me the model numbers which I have written down (ECOBE EB-EB-STATE5P-01 or EB-STATE3LTP-02). I made an appointment came I had a choice of two thermostats which I didn't ask the price since I had already been quoted over the phone. I had it installed which took no more that 1 and 1/2 hours and I was charged $561.00. Afterwards, I called one of their competitors who quoted me $148.00 for the thermostat plus approximately $200.00 for installation for a total of $348.00. I called Scott Heating and Air and the person answering the phone said that $561.00 was the correct price. I don't know why Scott would quote me one price and then raise it by hundreds of dollars. And I don't know why Scott is so overpriced ($213.00 in my case). But I would suggest that anyone using their services get a WRITTEN QUOTE and shop around and possibly save a lot of money.
