Scott's Heating & Air Conditioning

Scott Air is most disappointing company to deal with. I called in because the AC was not working which was installed last September. They did not give an appointment for that day and gave an appointment for next day. I’m not sure how someone will survive without AC not working as expected. With temp over 85 in the house i tried my options on google and someone said it could be T link that must have water so I turned off the AC and checked for water clogging which was not there.. after an hour turned it on and it started working. i explained this to the guy who showed up next day afternoon.. he is like you know what based on what you are saying it could be motor which needs to be replaced.. lady called in today morning telling me that they did not charge for diagnostic.. I’m shell shocked to hear that they did a diagnostics on the system.. he just heard what i did and suggested and he is not even sure what exactly the problem could be.. you guys are asking me to pay for something which you are not sure of.. which is ridiculous..

After dealing with a different a/c company and getting unsatisfactory service (didn't repair the unit & we were without air) and no return calls, I got Scott's contact info from a friend. I called them in the morning and they were out in the afternoon. As it turned out, the repairs were too costly on an old machine and so we replaced it. The install went seamlessly! From the office point of contact to the follow up on the install every staff member was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. We are so happy to find Scott's and look forward to working with them as the need arises!

I am so incredibly grateful for Scott's. What a great company! So efficient, clean and communicative. They installed a ductless air-conditioning unit this morning and I couldn't be more impressed. They are so caring and thought of every detail.

We had a great experience With this company, starting off with our sales person Daniel, extending to the entire installation crew. I’m sorry that I don’t remember all the names of the technicians who installed our units, but each and every one of them was very courteous, professional, and informative. They did not leave the house until the job is done right, and I did take a long time because we do have an older house. They started the job at about 8:30 in the morning and finished at 10 PM. They cleaned up everything and made sure that there was a full explanation as to how to use the thermostat units and the app so that we could control all of the AC units from our cell phones. They also made sure to follow up after the installation to make sure that we were satisfied with the job. I would certainly recommend Scott’s for AC installation.

Awhile back we had issues with our previous HVAC system and Scott's helped get the repairs done quickly without trying to sell us on anything we didn't need. So when it came time to finally replace it we called them again. Scheduled it quickly and had a great new system installed in one day. We have had it a month now and it is noticeably better than what we had before even when it was working properly. Definitely recommend!

Anytime you spend thousands of dollars you want to make sure you need it done and is it a good price. The staff at Scott's explained to me what happen to make my old stop working, my options to fix or replace. The tech was good enough to explain it to me in a way that was easy to understand. Once I said yes I want it replaced the speed and response was better than I even hopped. They delivered on every promise made. Every staff member I came into contact with was professional and ready with a smiling voice.

I will absolutely use Scott's Heating & Air Conditioning service again. After receiving service and requesting system installation quotes from other local HVAC companies, I was so disappointed. I turned to Scott's as a result of a recommendation/referral from a close friend. Their service did not disappoint. They were highly professional, honest and provided punctual and quality service.
