Michael, Larry, Kevin and Brian were phenomenal. They came in and did the job on time, on budget and with a great professional attitude. They worked as if this was their own home and even made suggestions to better the original ideas. It was like having a group of big brothers and friends around - caring about the quality of their work and me as a customer. Given the difficulty in getting great partners in home renovations...this was a real delight and peace of mind. Thanks guys!

Installed a new Lenox AC unit in my house yesterday 6/13/22.
The experience with Troy the sales rep was excellent and the installation was performed as promised.

The technician Adrain Lara and the rest of the crew (can’t remember their names) went above and beyond to complete the installation. The team was very profesional and knowledgeable and show great respect for my property.
The installation was perfect and above my expectations. Great service!!!

These guys crushed it. They removed a 20 year old system and installed a brand new HVAC system for my 76 year old mom. They treated her with courtesy and were professional and did an outstanding job. When your hard to please mom texts you and says, "They didn't even stop for lunch and they cleaned up after themselves," that's a great day in any son's book. Thanks guys for being so professional, doing outstanding work and treating my mom with courtesy and kindness.

Had two parts go out on our AC, $80 in total for parts outside the company. Already diagnosed before the tech showed up but I didn't have the parts to fix it. This company wanted $900 to fix the two parts, which was a 20 minute job. A kickstart and capacitor outside on the condenser. I refused that price and they then quoted me $500 for the repair. I refused again. The tech, was an awesome guy very understanding and helpful. The company itself, pure robbery. I would of gladly paid $300 for the convenience but $500 for a 20 minute fix? And the fact that the first price was $900? Found a local ac parts store and did the fix myself for $80 and everything works fine.

Charles the service Tech was great! He is a great tech to send out for anyone, but seniors will especially want him to work on their equipment. Performance took over the company that did my service and performance and they honor the outstanding system check scheduled and paid for in 2022. Yes, I know by law they would have to do the work, but they still treated us like we were with them for years. I'm not a very trusting person but after these two services calls, we will be using them going forward.

If needed, we also planning on using them for the other services they list.

Robert John was an awesome technician! He came out next day for a check up and answered all of our questions and concerns. He was very knowledgeable while being friendly and personable, would recommend him to anyone! Every person I interacted with on the phone was the same experience, friendly and helpful, with no wait, even on a Saturday. I'm very impressed with the service I've received at Performance Air!

Update 3/22/2023: Beau Eckhholt came by to install a new OEM motor. He is simply the Best technician out there always on time, friendly, so polite and extremely knowledgeable. Beau explains everything from beginning to end. I have never been disappointed by this company or any of their technicians, they are just awesome, old school professionals always putting the customer first. Thank you so much Beau Eckylot and thank you Performance AC for always being there when I need you.

Garrett was professional and very informative. He was pleasant, answered all questions and fixed my Mitsubishi A/C, even making two trips to get sensors. He spent quite a bit of time at my home and did not leave until everything was fixed. Highly recommend this tech.

Beau was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the problem, provided me with a very fair repair quote, and quickly corrected the issue and had my AC back up and running in no time. I will certainly continue to use Performance and would not hesitate to recommend them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I call for a Leak detection and the person that answer told me that was $89 for the service. When the technician got to my house, he told me that was $89 for service plus $150 for leak detection. I explained that the unit was serviced just 3 weeks by them from the previous owners of the house. That I call for a leak detection only and the office gave me a price of $89 NOT $89 + $150. When the technician called the office to wave the $89 and just charge me the $150 for the leak detection, the main office declined and just basically said crew you. They did NOT CARE that they installed and service this unit regularly with the previous owners, they did NOT CARE about me been a new client, they did NOT care that I just moved into this home. I lost $89, buy they lost a client.

This company replaced my air and heat HVAC units. The experience was flawless from start to finish. From the technician, Warren, who came to inspect the system to the estimator who came the next day, to the team that replaced the unit. They were informed, respectful, personable, and fair in their pricing and evaluation.
The corporate culture is excellent. The owners invest in their good people and stay with them through hard times. To find a company like this is rare.
