Shaun was the best tech I have ever had for any ac service or repair. Extremely thorough, knowledgeable, did over and above service. Will always ask for him.

Our technician was Marvin. Great guy and worker. Marvin was very thorough. He spent a lot of time with us to make sure we new everything that was going on.

Marvin was really pleasant and knowledgeable. He told me what was going on in my A/C, that ut just needed the check up and options for maintaining it going forward.
I hope he continues to service my unit.

Jeremy and Will were very professional, knowledgeable and well equipped. They dismantled my old A/C and installed the new is a short time. It was a pleasure to watch them work so efficiently. They both spoke well of the company. It was refreshing to hear “good” things about a company. It shows that your company cares about its employees and it shows by taking how good they take of the customers.

From beginning to end everything was great. Our salesperson, Jeff was very knowledgeable and not high pressure at all. Then Jeremy, William and Alton our installers were great as well.
All went smoothly. The installers were very professional, arrived on time and were very efficient. Were great at keeping our house clean while performing their jobs. It was so extremely hot, I felt sorry for them, having to install the completely new HVAC unit outside and in our attic! They didn't complain, just went about their jobs. Very pleased.
