We needed someone to come out and look at our air conditioner when it stopped working. We were able to call EDS at 8:30 on a Thursday night, have someone actually pick up the phone to answer, and could have had a tech come out that night. We opted for the cheaper service call the next day, but nice to have the option. Our tech came out the next day and had our air running again in no time. Our unit is 13 years old so thought for sure we would be told we needed to buy a new one, but nope! Don was really nice and did what was needed. We will use them from now on!

I called EDS for an emergency call for our AC unit as our handler was dripping water into the overflow pan. They were quick to sending a tech out the same day. Sean Caplan from EDS was able to diagnose the problem and his explanations for fixing the problem was thorough. Great technician and would strongly recommend him to service again!

He was efficient, explained the best course of action and then completed the job on the spot. His experience and skill were evident. This Was my first experience with EDS and the company is now my “go to” company for any AC related issues.

Had my AC completely blow out and needed a full replacement. EDS and their rep Don C. moved mountains and had a fully new system installed the next day rescuing my family from 104° indoor temps. They were friendly and went above and beyond to take care of things as quickly as possible at a competitive price. Great team and service.

I have used EDS for a few years and every time I call they respond quickly and do a great job. I have my mother and sister using them too and they are both very happy. Very nice office people and repair staff and prices are fair.

My husband and I were freaking out when our AC went down last night. NOT the time you want your AC to go down. We turned the AC off, thinking it might just need a rest, but when we turned it on this morning, still nothing. I called around to several companies and was amazed to find out that EDS air conditioning could have someone out here today.

My hubby called and spoke with Nancy, who was very pleasant and told him that she could have someone out here between 1 and 3pm. Score! Craig called us back within the hour to tell us he would be here at 1pm. What a pleasant surprise to have him show up at 1:00! He was super cool and diagnosed AND FIXED the problem and was gone by 2:30. And the icing on the cake was the price, which was very reasonable. We were so afraid it was going to be a problem that we couldn't afford to fix, but thanks to Craig and EDS, we are good as new!

I highly recommend EDS and will definitely be calling them back when it's time to have the AC serviced.
