Both Eric and Don from EDS were very professional, polite, and great to work with. I’m thankful EDS was able to help us out so quickly. Eric installed UV lights to the AC. He explained everything clearly and cleaned up after. The price was exactly what Don had quoted. Thank you EDS!

I used EDS for my home and for several rental properties I own in Lake Worth. It seems that their maintenance people must be on commission. Every time there was a small problem, the answer was always that we needed a whole new system for $5,000. A few months ago we had a small problem. The maintenance person told us we would be lucky if the system lasted over the weekend and that we needed to replace the coil (read several thousand dollars) immediately.
We called a new company for a second opinion. They said nothing was wrong- there was no leak in the coils. Meanwhile the system has been working fine for the past three months. I do not trust these people.

Today the service Tech who came out his name is Sean. He was very knowledgeable and took care of my problem with in 20 minutes. He was very friendly extremely smart and was very personable and easy to talk to. I'm so happy with the service and all the information he was able to provide me with. I am very happy with my service today thank you so much.

EDS has been exceptional with customer service from the very beginning. We replaced our unit and moved it into the attic. They were willing to give us a quote on the weekend and sent someone out in the evening so we could be home. They explained the whole process and followed up with us after. This business outperforms any other air conditioning company that I have hired here in Florida in 40 years. The gentlemen are so capable and knowledgeable. They worked two days until nightfall. . Ed runs a top notch company. After getting a ridiculous quote from another company, I reached out to E.D.S. and they sent someone out the next day. Tony was fantastic and took the time to explain everything we might want to consider and what to not waste our time on. After reviewing our current setup and system, he came up with a robust solution, above and beyond what the other company could offer and for less money. Since they weren't able to come out for a few days due to the workload they had, they had someone come out and charge up our old unit to keep us comfortable. The installers that came out were very professional and thorough with the job. They did quality work and took the time to answer any questions and explain the system. All in all an excellent experience and they have my business for life.

We've been a customer of EDS for years and replaced our AC with a new top of the line smart TRANE which we absolutely love! The new TRANE is so quiet we hardly know that it's running and the thermostat blows my old NEST thermostat away! The customer service with EDS is remarkable from the staff that schedules the bi-yearly service appointments to the technicians that provide the service. Today was my six month service and Sergio my favorite technician was here! Last visit he stopped back by to drop off a filter and took the time to show me how to actually install it in case I wanted to replace the filter in between my six month service due to all the construction going on at my house. We love EDS!

I needed a new AC system so of course I got multiple quotes from different installers but I went with EDS because of price, the equipment offered, and professionalism. I'm also surprised and pleased with the installers on the day of installation. They did a really good job and the installation was very clean. I recommend these guys for your AC need.

Ervine with EDS Air Conditioning came to perform a maintenance checkup on my A/C unit. He was at my home on time and was the utmost professional. Ervine was organized and methodical, checking both the outside unit and the air handler indoors. I would welcome the opportunity to have Ervine and EDS maintain my A/C unit again. Thank you!

Sean, the technician sent out, bent over backwards to be accommodating. He squeezed me in a day earlier than my scheduled appointment, which was great.
